Excellent room. Temperature control worked well. Adequate desk space, with electrical outlets within reach. No problems with wi-fi. Good lighting throughout room: at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. Bed comfortable: mattress firm but not too hard, pillows good. Hot water arrived promptly at shower. Staff courteous and helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful: when I had problems with the chair in my room, they came right away to investigate, and then replaced it; ditto when I had problems with the clock. Good desk space and chair (once replaced); good lighting throughout room. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Heat works well. No problems with wi-fi. Shower OK, though I wouldn't have minded a little less water conservation.

The Alliance Hotel had four great qualities: 1. It was very clean! 2. The staff went out of their way to be friendly! 3. The price was right! 4. Breakfast was wonderful!

Staff and owners are super friendly, super helpful. I work overnights and they never rush me to checkout at 11 or 12. I also enjoy the gaming machines in the lobby. Breakfast is similar to holiday inn, lots of choices! They are working on remodel. Beds are super comfy. I actually stay at this hotel every weekend. They accommodate my day sleeping! Definitely give it a try!

Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Nothing fancy here.

Breakfast was amazing, it was a bountiful spread ! Biscuit and gravy, eggs and bacon yogurt with about eight healthy toppings, cereals, toast, sweet rolls to name a few. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and finding places in the community to eat. They seem to really enjoy their job. The hotel was very clean, updated and comfortable. I will certainly Stay there again.

Room got warm and stuffy. When the room is booked, they need to let you know THEN how much extra they will charge for a pet to stay. It significantly impacts the total cost.
Breakfast was awesome!! Hot and cold items included. We loved it! Room was very clean. Bed was comfy.
