We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRosemont (where the hotel is) is a bit odd, but that's not really Aloft's fault! It's clearly an area that exists solely for business travelers (very commercial and not a lot of charm). However, if you are on a work trip and not travelling to city center, then these are nonissues!
If you are in-and-out for a work trip, this hotel gets the job done. It's located very close to the airport with good access to one of the metro lines bringing you downtown. I would stay somewhere else if I was planning to see Chicago city proper, but for a work trip (especially one outside of city center) this is reliable.

CyprusAloft in Rosemont is looking a little worn in places, especially the rooms. The sheets and towels are still clean and sharp, but the carpets and finishes are getting a little scruffy. They are clean but you can see the wear and tear.
The location is very convenient and the facilities are good. I was a little disappointed that the pool was out of commission but the staff was top notch. A big A+ for their efforts to make up for little inconveniences like a broken ice machine and a swimming pool being bailed out by hand.

United StatesThe parking price wasn’t explained and thought it was free for the days we stayed. Come out to be $25 a day which tacked on more expenses then expected.
Loved the staff. The room was very great and clean. Loved the comfy bed as well! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves.
