Good location we had a room on Collins street

• Our room literally overlooked a garbage dump. If the dumpster view wasn’t bad enough, there was also a discarded couch and piles of trash next to it. • The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t turn on the water from outside to let it warm up. The shower door couldn’t open outward due to the toilet, and if you opened it inward with the water running, you’d soak the entire bathroom while stepping in. There was no place in the shower to stand without getting wet before the water warmed up. • The room was modern and stylish, but the execution (tiling, grouting, painting) was sloppy. In person, it looked much lower quality than in the pictures. There was zero soundproofing—you could hear everything from neighboring and upstairs rooms, including footsteps, since the floor creaked. • Due to the lack of staff, random people from the street slept in the common areas after partying and weren’t removed until almost noon. When we reported this, a manager who happened to be there said that despite spring break, they had no plans to bring in security even for the weekend. • Because of the lack of staff, guests completely ignored the pool rules. They drank champagne and ate while walking in the pool and sitting on the edge. From a hygiene perspective, I wouldn’t recommend using what was essentially a 3-foot-deep birdbath.

We only had three towels for our long weekend stay. Between three girls in a tight space it was difficult to get ready in the room together.

It was easy to come and go from the beach because we had the room code. It was clean and centrally located too. Pool was nice to relax in and even though we had to wait for our checkin we could sit at the bar downstairs which was lovely.

The restaurant wasn’t open yet when I arrived, and the facility can be a bit confusing to navigate.

It was easy and quiet and peaceful. In close proximity to all the restaurants, right near the beach, fairly safe and quiet. Comfortable with responsive staff members.

Windows look straight onto the neighbouring building so not much privacy. A lot of light comes into the room. Soft beds and pillows. Frustrating using an online chat to communicate, especially one that has a lot of glitches. Still worth staying here considering the pricing

Perfectly clean, brilliant location, more affordable than most in South Beach.

There’s no counter nor concierge, so everything had to be done online together with check in and check out, also there’s no parking around and the street where the hotel is was closed that day, so I had to park my car 2km away after I spent 2hrs in awfully heavy traffic.

It is a nice and clean place. Peaceful, despite the location.

Calling the room a suite when it was just space for beds. It was good facilities, but without the extra space it felt more like a deluxe room.

Wide beds, nice bathroom, fine lounge area and bar with friendly staff. We had a really good time.

The fact that the check in is at 4PM and there's no place in the hotel to keep the bags in the meantime.

Very old elevator, did not work most of the days. Old and loud hvac, needs updating to newer aircon system No everyday cleaning, towels etc (this is mentioned on the website so we were aware)

No physical concierge. No real keys. Everything has a gate with codes to open. Three different buildings and I didn’t know in what building I could sleep. Stayed on the phone 4 times to set the right code for my room. Expensive compared to the small rooms.

Our room was close to the street and it was very loud during the night , there was very noise from other rooms as well we had a hard time sleeping during the night

The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear a lot. We were on the bottom floor facing the pool so felt a bit awkward to have our blinds open, but wouldn’t be an issue in other rooms. Restaurant was closed when we visited.

The location is the best! Just perfect. The property itself is very cute and stylish, has a fun personality. There are two awesome bakeries right across the street. 3 minutes walk to the beach - so convenient. The bed was super comfy, so nice. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Small pool

Clean room. Very stuffed with mini fridge, coffee, tea and lots of towels. Quiet and peaceful environment in the hotel, felt as if it was just me in the hotel.
