We enjoyed the location and the cabin. Stayed at many cabins and this one was one of the best! It was fun playing air hockey and pool. The whirlpool tub was very nice and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would stay at this cabin again!!

Upon arrival the heat was on and it was a 84 degree day. Upon turning on ac at 4:07pm which was arriving time, it was very very warm in the cabin. 87 degrees was displayed on unit temperature display inside. Turned to 72 degrees like sign stated and headed to town. 2 hours later the upstairs had cooled off to around 76 degrees and not the downstairs. Ended up having to wait for repairman to arrive which was around 10pm due to him telling us he had 3 other calls for ac units that same day cause it was warmest day of year so far! We were getting married the next day and would have liked to relaxed and enjoyed a peaceful evening preparing for our special day but instead we (and at least 3 other renters) were very inconvenienced by something that could of easily been prevented with a simple check up of the units and good customer service knowing it was going to be the warmest day of the year so far and not leaving the heat on!! After the AC was fixed we were set though! The cabin was spacious with everything you would need to prepare meals although we didn’t. The view was amazing from upstairs! It was clean inside with extra blankets and toiletries. Plenty of clean towels were provided. I would stay here again (hoping the ac would not be an issue) because location was easy access to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and area was quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and out. Customer service answered quick. The value was definitely on point! The morning sunrise was amazing!!!

Kevin had a full kitchen with utensils however there was absolutely nothing as far as condiments. I needed to get coffee filters along with the coffee I bought. There was not even salt or pepper available. I didn’t mind, but I wish I had known ahead of time I have never rented, a place that didn’t have some condiments available

The hot tub was empty when we arrived but someone came first thing the next morning and filled it for us.

The property is convenient to every place we wanted to go yet felt both private and secure. The views are amazing!

The mountain view was not clear as a lot of trees were covered around the cabin. But it definitely worth the visit.

It was very clean and we love our night there. The jacuzzi inside the cabin ( upstairs bathroom) was so relaxed in late night. We love every thing there. We expect to see the mountains, but a lot of trees around the cabin, but still very fabulous view

The hot tub lights & jets did not work. Their wasn’t any decent pans or even salt or pepper to cook with.

Living room furniture wasn’t really comfortable. Vacasa wouldn’t let us check in early for some reason. I’ve never stayed somewhere where early check in wasn’t an option and we requested early in booking.

AC was totally out upstairs! Inside temperature ran 88-90 degrees. I tried reporting but no results.

Only problem I had was the day we were leaving , I end up having a rash all over my body . It might very been an allergic reaction to something in the cabin because my other family members were fine .

Hot tub needs work. Jets on hot tub didn’t work very well. Pots and pans need updating. Skillet handle almost broke off.
