Thanks for a brilliant stay. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room number 4 was extremely comfortable. In fact, the pictures do not do it justice. The hotel is just off the main street but very quiet. All the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks. Would not hesitate to stay again, and i highly recommend 👌 also has parking, which is a great bonus in the Keys.

Wonderful location . Able to walk to just about everywhere. No car needed. Comfortable room/cottage. Pool was the perfect option when the beach was too windy. The property definitely delivers on the Key West flavor and feel. If you don’t want a cookie cutter hotel room experience, I highly recommend!

Amazing location in the heart of Key West, the personel is kind and helpful, the outside area is a little paradise. Access is easy and parking is possible. The room was very spacious with both AC and fans to keep the air fresh and cool. Lots to access by foot around. Quiet and calm. Lovely all around !

Really nothing, could have some noise early because it being close to Duval but not a big deal to me.

The location was great. Loved the pool area and vibe. Complimentary coffee and tea, all the pool necessities like aloe, sunscreen etc. Very clean. Everyone was very nice. Booking any additional tours etc was easily done by the hotel which was so convenient.

We stayed in the hotel’s building across the street from the hotel entrance on the second floor. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved having the wrap-around porch to use outside our door. Great breeze. The staff was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are as particular as I am about room cleanliness and comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off Duval Street, but on the quieter end of Duval.

Great location, only few minutes to Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S.A. Mallory Square is about 20 min walk along Duval St, where most of restaurant are. Staff at the Douglas House were exceptional, Jose is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location at the quieter end of Duval Street, easy walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants. A lovely pool but we unfortunately did not use as we didn’t have the time available as we were exploring Key West!

Only minor comment is that you can hear other rooms if they are less ‘respectful’ of other guests …. noise can carry of televisions and loud conversations!

We had a room upstairs and was hard to get everything up , due to them being kind of on the narrow side. They do have their own parking, but on the next block. Our room had 2 queen beds , that were so close together it made it hard to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom if needed. Would be better with A king or 1 queen

We loved the pool area and free coffee and tea available. The room was quite and contained everything needed. Microwave, stove and full size frig. , plus coffee pot. Very convenient location !
