Nothing it was perfect!

Beautiful clean apartment with close proximity to Duval Street. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for our flight home.

I am grateful they accept dogs, but $50 a night per pet (I have two) is ridiculous.

I wasn’t crazy about the steps down into the bathroom in Room 10.

This was a lovely hotel. The gardens were lovely with lots of nice seating. Room was great. We loved our little balcony. The location was excellent -close to Duval but not in a noisy area.

They key to get in and out of the room was a little tricky and then locking from the inside was also a little tricky

The property is gorgeously landscaped and so relaxing. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that was needed for our stay. The location was perfect for walking everywhere to special sites, food, shops etc. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating

I don't know if anything that could have been improved.

We arrived before check-in and the staff was so nice about stowing our luggage and giving us directions to a requested location. Upon returning to check in the front desk clerk gave a wonderful tour of the property and made us feel very welcome. The staff was always very helpful and friendly anytime we encountered them. Our flight off the island was quite a while after check-out and once again we were able to stow our luggage while we had one last stroll along Duvall Street. When it was time to leave for the airport the desk clerk called a cab which was there very quickly. The pool area was perfect for some reading and a nap in the sun.

Only negative thing, in the bathroom there was not enough soap available for the shower for three people.

Comfortable hotel, we were received courteously. There is a swimming pool with a nice garden to relax in. Coffee and tea dispensers etc. are also available at the pool. Clean room, hotel in a good location, close to a main road served by many shops and clubs. A 10-minute walk takes you to the famous viewpoint where you can watch the sunset. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

There is only an unloading space in front of the hotel, after which you have to take your car to the reserved parking space on Whitehead Street. There were no kitchen facilities in the room, only a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. There was no kettle or mugs, so we had to use our own mugs that we had bought as gifts. The light in the bedroom was not working. The staff kindly tried to help but they could not fix the problem before we left.

The accommodation is in an extremely good location, located between Whitehead Street and Duval Street, the former street has the Hemmingway house and Southernmost Point, the latter street is actually the main street of Key West (with shops and restaurants). The room was extremely clean, the receptionists were helpful.

This is an amazing guest house. The location, the amenities, the staff and it even has its own parking! Honestly this is a quintessential Key West establishment, a slice of paradise within seconds of Duval Street. Would absolutely come back and stay here again! Loved it!

it wasn't an issue, but the pool was not heated like we were told. we went on a colder weekend, so it was just a little shocking. but not bad!!
