I was unaware there had been a fire at the main building and it is completely boarded up and uninhabitable. The secondary building next door where I stayed was fine, but I initially thought upon arrival that the entire business was closed. I would have appreciated information about the property damage/closure up front.

I didn’t like the fact that someone came pounding on my room door at 4 am waking us up.

They didn’t put breakfast out the first few nights. It was very irritating because it was supposed to come with the stay.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom of my room. Hair and dirt on walls in bathroom and loud slamming doors. There was a light outside on the building that was flickering all night long and was visible, even when curtains were closed.

Easy and fast airport shuttle. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Thin walls- was awakened several times by noise in the halls. Includes a screaming lady at 1:30am. Trying to get someone to check her in.

Very old. I just needed a place for the day till it was time to fly out. Microwave and fridge but no plates, cups or anything to make a cup of coffee. Wendy's, Maccas a 1 min walk. Another hotel, 5min walking distance if you want to watch the float planes on the lake.

Location, lose to the airport. Shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off there.

Very run down, poor maintenance, very dirty and stained carpets. First bedroom we went to the floors were extremely sticky and had not been cleaned. Very dirty and dusty. Second room was tolerable. Bedding was not washed, but sheets were clean. Floors were not sticky, but still had spots. Tub was not clean, so we did not use the shower. Poorly constructed. Painting and caulking is terribly done. All in all, it was very low-quality and very disappointing for a hotel stay.

Room 123 - immediately next to side doors, everyone use it to go out to smoke, slamming all the time, so no sleep at all. No WiFi in the room, had to go to lobby aerea to finish my things online. Very bad odour in the room, like no one ever opens window. Drive-in Mc Donnald's across, while waiting cars with lights pointed directly to the room. Bed linen looked like being used, not fresh. TV was not working

Staff is nice, kind and helpful, room is big and spacious, and breakfast is better than in most US hotels of similar category. These 3 things made my stay "decent" and not "bad"

The burnt building that greets you. Bullet hole in the comforter. Crooked headboard. Couches lined up in the hallway. Worn out and very dirty couch in the room. I guess you get what you pay for. We would have cancelled but could not get a refund.

We were in room 220, the lock on the bedroom windows was not there, under the sink in kitchen there was a previous leak and the border was rotted and looks to have fallen through. I moved hidabed to plug in cell phone and there was what appeared to be blood splatter on the wall behind and just above it. It took forever for water to get hot for a shower.

The cost was too much. The property was old and needs to be updated and remolded. The burnt building in front needs to be torn down and area cleaned-up. The cost was too much as stated, but was still less than other motels in the area.

Location. Weirdo’s in the parking lot. Noise all night. Car alarms going off. Half the building is burnt down. Sliding door lock broken and a 2 x 4 put in runner to keep intruders out. Trash everywhere. Generally a dump.

The hotel was not at all what we were expecting. First impression when pulling up out front was if it was safe. Half of the facility had experienced a fire - OVER 2 YEARS AGO! The clean up work still was not started. In the half of the facility in use, the carpet was extremely worn and dirty; walls were patched or had peeling paint with many scuff marks; our door did not have a working locking mechanism; very noisy until around 1:30 am; and pillows were very flat.

The proximity to the airport and train station with the provided shuttle was nice.

The place smells gross, hallways are filthy, can’t use the pay laundry because it’s where they do all the towels for the hotel. How long do they sit there wet?! Hotel is in poor condition, kitchen doesn’t even have a single utensil, plate or pan/pot. Everything requires walking up and down stairs and trekking through the dismal, foul smelling hallways. Room had a locked door to a closet?? Very weird.

Shower was good with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bed comfortable.
