The bathroom was dirty and had cigarette burns all over the sink, and sink counter even the toilet seat had burns on it. The shower floor looked dirty, I had to wear my socks in the shower because I was concerned about my bare feet standing on the shower floor. The night I checked in I was charged a $40 cleaning fee, because I have a service dog and the owner told me that I would have to pay a $20 a day cleaning fee, due to having my service dog, so I was charged $40 extra for the 2 days here. The killer part is, that the room and bathroom was already dirty.

The in-room lighting is terrible, with nothing over the desk area. The general facility is pretty tacky, and of course that's why it's so inexpensive. Fan in the bathroom didn't work and the cover was missing. The security latch on the door didn't work.

The price. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Frig worked well. Wifi worked great.

it was unsafe. homeless people around the property. didnt feel my car was safe there. room was very small and not at all like the photos. i didnt stay the entire night. complained to staff they didnt care. all they want is your money and give only 5 minutes grace time from checking in to change your mind. total rip off. needs to be shut down

The room was dirty. The sheets havent been changed . There is an unidentifiable substance on the sheets. A cockroach crawled onto my chest while I was laying in bed and Then we noticed one INSIDE the pillow case. The night auditor dorsnt have the authority to change us rooms and the owners refused to respond The owner was rude. He literally shoo-ed me away 5 minutes after we checked out because I was standing by the stairs while talking on the phone.

It could have made us want to even walk in the office and see the room. We did not.

I didn't even stay. We drove in the lot, saw that people were like living there.. and left and cancelled and I think we still paid. I never followed up on the refund.

They beating on your door before it even check out time. Cracks in the wall and door caving in at the bottom cockroaches, crawling all over the bathroom wall coming in and out of the microwave. I got home and there was cockroaches in my purse thank God I didn’t get all my stuff out of my car. I’m afraid to bring all my stuff in. I had to bag all my stuff up and take it to laundromat and wash it. I would recommend this place to anybody

The beds had small throw pillows to sleep on. The room didn’t even have a small coffee pot. There wasn’t anything in the lobby either. It felt very unsafe with all the people living there and raining around. Very noisy as well. Also I booked for three people and only got two towels and washrags.

No breakfast. I liked being able to step outside to have a cigarette.

Only one outlet in the main room, with one of the plugs going to the TV, the other open for either the microwave, the frig, or my laptop. Not very convenient. Also couldn't access the wifi.

It was clean, plenty of hot water, heating system and refrigerator were quiet.

Cockroaches crawled on me during the night. There was no plug in for me to use for my phone charger I had to unplug the refrigerator to charge my phone. No ice buckets. Check out time is 11am and the was pounding on my door at 10:15am
