We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI requested a disability access room and was not accommodated at all. The TV was messed up had lines going through it. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it completely bleach my clothes and ruined my wedding rings. I always stay here when I'm in town and was really highly disappointed. And my fault for not saying anything before we left I had to much going on.
