The breakfast was decent but they are always running out of items and the apple juice machine has been broken for a long time with out being fixed. Parking is okay but they allow people to park and live in 5th Wheels and run extention cords across the parking lot. There has been a winabago parked with pull behind trailer in the lot taking up 4 spaces for the past month and they dont move. Looks ghetto.

Bed was comfortable, heating unit worked very well. Bath tub was very nice. All in all very clean and tidy.

Your check in process was horrible. For some reason it booked my two rooms seperately one under my husband and one under me. You have to fill out an complete application. My husband works in law inforcement and when I had to go look up the make and model of my car he said "oh great you booked us at a drug motel. I dought I will stay at another america best just because of the crazy checkin process.

The price of the room was good. The lady Mary at the front dest tried really hard to be nice even though I was frustrated. The room it self seemmed clean.

The heater was off upon my arrival after 8 pm in 26-degree temperatures so I selected 68-degree heat. I found the heater worked but the temperature selection did not, so I had to turn it off overnight, leaving me rather cold. I also found the TV was inoperative and asked for repairs the following morning. My business schedule was quite busy so I wasn't in the room except late in the evening and was forced to leave the heater off while I was gone. I found neither repair was completed on the first day. I personally asked the staff for an update the next morning at breakfast and they had no record of my issues. I left for the day, returning late the second day. The TV was repaired but the heater was not. Upon check-out, I thanked them for the TV repair and reminded them of the heater issue.

Breakfast was well stocked and the hot waffles were excellent. The room was very clean and neat. The check-in and check-out staff was very polite and pleasant. Pricing met my needs.

Sofa in room was very uncomfortable - sat very low as did the chair. Was supposed to have a handicap room with outside door but did not have one available.

My room did not have a shower curtain. When I spoke to the front desk, they informed me that their maintenance person was just fired and that it maybe a few days. It was replaced but took time. How the Shower Curtain rod went missing is a mystery. I only get the breakfast on the weekends. Most times it is decent. However, this last stay they were out of most everything, the coffee was burnt and nasty, and the juice dispenser was broken and out of service. Police are there quite a bit of the time to deal with issues.

For the price you get what you paid for. The Room was adequate for what I needed. This hotel has different bed styles depending on when they replaced the old one. If you are lucky and get a newer bed they are comfortable. If you get an older room the bed is not comfortable.

Was told parking was in the back. In the back was trash in parking lot, grass was tall so you couldn't back up, it was dirty and I didn't feel safe. I found another entrance by the pool and parked there. I couldn't get any stations on TV. Safety concerns were the wall light had a short in it, the outlet the fridge was plugged into was just sitting in the wall.

It was an ok place to stay the night.

Not clearly marked, gps basically took us to a gas station. Requested downstairs and was given an upstairs room. At check-in they required a 100.00 deposit on my credit card. Not disclosed in advance. The room ac heater was loud and not very functional. Floors sagged and creaked. Stairs to the second floor were steep and narrow. Will never stay at this chain again.

There wasn't really anything that stood out other than the ease of getting out of there.

Clean sheets, comfortable bed but the floor had black sticky stuff all over the rug. The carpet was filthy. I asked for a handicapped room. My bathroom had a spa bath which I can't use.

Room not so good - had a large soaking tub in the bedroom area with curtains, and it was almost impossible to get your leg over the side to stand there for a shower, one out of the three lights did not work - no bulb, sink would not turn off - constantly running

There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. I have stayed here many times. My room did not have a shower curtain. When I brought it up to the front desk, they were quick to respond but entered my room while I was not on site. That is a bit disturbing to me. Two of the four lights in the bathroom are burnt out. The tile is not calked and is coming off the side of the tub.

The air conditioning in the room was amazing! The Bath tub is really a nice size and has jets.

The desk chair had food crumbs on it, the hair dryer didn't work, there were stains on the curtain. Access to the room was very hard as I have health issues. Also the cleaning crew came in our room well we were sleeping . Check out was at 11am and they came in at 930

The bedding was nice and clean, comfy bed, then we notice and told them twice, the carpet in room 117 had thick black sticky stuff on the carpet. Like syrup. I wiped a wet cloth on the carpet and it turned black. Found an old swimming suit stuffed in the couch. It was supposed to be a handi cap room but was not.

Couldn't get TV to work. Room smelled very musty wasn't good on asthma. The plug ins didnet work (only ones that worked were being used)

Our tv did not work in separate bedroom as well as light fixtures around the room and telephone. Bathroom sink was dripping the entire time. There should have been an update on website about pool being out of service, that was a huge bummer!!!

The AC being turned off upon arrival and the hours it took to desperately try to remove the oppressive heat from the room. No excuse to have the AC off in mid-August in the afternoon in a west-facing room. Management is NOT saving money with this strategy or oversight! It only serves to alienate your guests.

Exceedingly good breakfast choices! The waffles were better than many restaurants! The only real downside was that the AC was off upon arrival in our west-facing room while it was 90 degrees outside and the same temperature inside. It took over 4 hours to cool down the room to where we weren’t sweating!! Housekeeping should leave the AC on around 75 degrees for everyone’s sake……studies show that keeping a room at a relatively comfortable temperature is more efficient and less expensive than having to crank up the AC on high for hours to try and remove oppressive heat that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
