We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe carpet was dirty, my socks turned black when walking without shoes. The website stated a stocked fridge, it was empty when we arrived. After contacting the property manager, they stocked it. Although it was only vanilla wafers and water. The pool felt dirty and slimy so we did not spend but a short time in there.

DenmarkHowever, the whole property is not well maintained, the room was not clean (the floors were not washed, dusty panels, etc.), the pool area was not tidy, we didn’t meet any staff even though they sent very polite messages regarding our stay. Definitely not a good value for money. Booking.com gave us a small refund due to our complaint, so that helped to ease the disappointment with our stay. I hope they will improve the experience for other guests.
The property is in a great location and they have comfortable beds.

United StatesThe state of the room was pretty poor. The carpet was old and covered in huge unidentifiable stains, the kitchenette was outdated and missing most utensils to eat with, and the furniture in the room looked like discards. Nothing you can't live with, and Key West is overall really expensive, but I would hope they would at least replace the carpet soon for the price we paid.
The room was spacious and the kitchenette was really helpful. The building was cute and historic, and there was a useful grill outside that we cooked on one night with an adorable outdoor space. It was in a quiet area but still really close to great restaurants and other amenities.

United StatesThe room was SMALL! The photo's online made it look much bigger than it was. The bathroom was an old closet. barely enough room to sit on the stool. We just had no room to move around. $35 charge for Dog was a little much....given we had no daily maid service. I assume that is why they didn't freshen the room.
The proximity of the hotel was great. Close to everything but not busy street traffic. The hotel was quaint with great wifi and liked the facts we could use the bikes for free. The room was very clean and had great amenities such as refrig, coffee maker, microwave....decent TV. The lady on the phone was great... i booked wrong dates and she was able to change our dates with minimal charges.

Excellent location, very comfortable beds and air conditioning. It was great to have a kitchenette and the staff was very kind, accommodating, and responsive to inquiries. They even let us stash our bags in the room before check in which was a huge help.

United KingdomCheck in was a nightmare, no one at properly to check us in, signage and booking.com pointed us to the previous owner half a mile away to check in. When we got there thankfully the previous owner got hold of the current owner on our behalf. The actual accommodation was dirty and tired. All in all not an enjoyable stay.
