The pool wasn’t clean but it is not their fault because there was so much wind those days.
It was close to the wedding we were going. Also it has the main necessities. Clean and organize.

The wall were all dirty the bathroom door and door jam.tv screen was broken. Very few tv channels, and the pool was closed.need more vending machines.
The beds are soft , it was very quiet, no disturbance at all. The night cleark was very nice and funny . Needs new pillows or fluffed thanks very much 5-30-23 The date of my stay.

Bring earplugs, train shakes the walls and people coming in/out late at night. Earplugs block it all out.

The room was a bit dingy...cigarette burns in the chair upholstery (though supposedly a smoke-free room), flaky upholstery on the sofa, the carpet was stained and felt kind of 'sticky' under my barefoot - needs to be cleaned.
Check in process was seamless and the staff were friendly. convenient location to the event I was in Atwater to attend. Bed was king-sized, fridge in the room, very hot water shower, generally fairly quiet.

The fact the owner, wouldn't honor the fact the site double booked me for the Same day, the website wouldn't do anything to help, neither would the property manager. So I had to pay 100 dollars for a night I didn't get to even have and they tried making me deposit 158 when I had already paid a deposit. I will never stay here again. I had paid a ridiculous amount of money when I had booked online and they still wouldn't honor giving me that night. Made things difficult for me when im.in town for work

Very little not to like. A solid 8 or 9 experience, with the improvements from my last stay.
They are taking steps to improve this property! I’ve stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels. In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (I’ve needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).

There was a $100 security deposit that I have yet to receive back. That would be my only complaint.

The worst part was at 2:00 a.m. after I got to sleep the tweakers wanted to come up on the property and hit my door and then start digging in the trash right next to my room until I threw my door open and told them get out of here there is no security

I had continued problems with the wifi. It seemded to be incompatible with my virus protection software. I have not had this problem elsewhere.
The daily maid service. Extremely good and that sets your business apart from other motels.
