Beautiful historic building and nice rooms, but it feels like it’s in decline.

We were very excited to use the pool & sauna, only to find out it was closed due to storm damage. At least we had the bar & arcade to entertain us. The bathroom in our room was a bit tight, and the sink was oddly outside of the actual bathroom.

The building was Beautiful, and it was so cool to see all the historical details. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Broadway Grill & Games was a fun addition!

Our room was generally pretty clean, but there was a bandage in our shower, which was pretty gross. The lower level of the parking lot was also pretty muddy, mucky and wet in several places to the point where we could not roll our bags because we would have dragged all of that into our room.

We had a great view of Lake Erie from our room, and the hotel is in a nice location that was easily walkable to shops, parks, and places to eat.

Rooms were a little pricy and I did not like the fact that they advertised breakfast included but it was an additional $10 charge.

Lack of cleanliness in general, our room was dirty. There were smears on the mirror there were stains on the walls. It just looked like it needed a lot of TLC. We ended up checking out after seeing the room and the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer about it.

The staff was a mix of friendly and standoffish. I do not recommend at eating at the bar and grill. Very expensive for food that wasn't nearly worth the price you will pay. All the kids took one bite of what they ordered and wouldn't touch anything else and most of the adults barely ate half of theirs. It's a shame because if they had better food for a better price that place could do really well since there isn't to many other restaurants around

The room windows were dirty they don't dust the vents therefore it's dust that fell from it and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. The pool area was filled with something that looked like a spider or centipede mixed Idk. The ceiling from the pool roof was coming undone there is also a hole like space in the pool door that people peek through (because I've seen it)... Now besides all of that the staff was nice!

I stayed in the bridal suite the weekend of my wedding, which took place in the event center of the hotel. The event staff did a great job to ensure that my ceremony and reception went as planned so I could enjoy my day without worry. The bridal suite, event center and the rooftop have great views of the surrounding waterfront. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at the hotel.
