They leave the back doors unlocked the whole time and if you stay for one night you can’t really use the chairs that come with the resort fee you pay because the chairs are available from 9-5 and check in is at 4, check out is at 11, so that’s three hours of use if you only stay one night. There was a pee stain on our floor. The parking spots were too narrow. The outdoor bathrooms were disgusting. Our bathroom was a little too small.

Loved the view, the lobby was nice. The fridge in the room has good space and the bed was so comfortable. The pillows were to die for.

There was not enough parking for the guest, 1st night i had to park in the spot reserved for unloading at check in and check out… the last night I had to park across coastal highway at Aloft and walk across at 1 am because there was no parking, absolutely unacceptable! Most cars in the SeaLoft lot did NOT have the parking pass but yet were not towed so paying guest could have parking. I was told by the receptionist that people came with multiple cars when only 1 per room was allowed. The parking policy was NOT enforced

The room didn't have a balcony or seaview. The stairwells were dirty and the front desk area could have been vacuumed. For the price of my stay I expected the facilities and accommodations to be much higher quality. The pool was a puddle. Certainly wish I had stayed at the sister hotel on the bay. It appears to be newer and up to date.

The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff found me a parking space. The lot was full, or spaces were blocked by poorly parked vehicles. She actually moved her personal vehicle so that I could park near the rear guest entrance.

This is a real coment, I really liked the my room everything was clean the restroom very clean so I can say from wall to wall I give 💯 🌟 including the balcony!! I'll can tell everyone who read this , pls come to this hotel 🏨. Nice and clean that is the most important thing for me also the parking. 🌟 50 .

We loved all of the decor and pictures in the room and it appeared newly updated. The hotel was in a quieter area that we prefer within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The complimentary chairs and umbrella daily were a huge plus.

Recently renovated it looked new, and clean.The rooms were large with a fold out couch very comfortable for four people! The staff was helpful and courteous. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Right on the beach! The pool was clean and I think heated. Free beach chairs provided and umbrella. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend! Only one parking pass per room. We found street parking for free for our 2nd car,the nights we were there

The water pressure in the shower sucks, It was impossible to get all of the sand out of my hair and my butt-crack. Also the AC unit is loud as heck, I turned it off and suffered through the heat because I couldn't sleep with the sound.

The room was large, clean, and super comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff was so wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

Description of the room & photos showed that we had a front sea view, but our room had a side view of the sea, I did go to the front desk to let the lady know & her response was, "you can see the sea" which we could if we looked to left of our balcony thru two buildings, otherwise we had a front view of the alley, they need to put in the description if it is a front or side sea view. I felt there was some fall hazards in the room that should be addressed. The side of the tub/shower is way too high to get into, & there isn't any bars on the walls to grab on to help you climb in or out. ( maybe there can be a small step to help step up to get in the tub) Heading out the balcony door, to go on balcony there is a piece of trim ( maybe 5 inches high). That we tripped over the first time we headed out. (Most balcony door entrances is a flat area to head out).

I loved that the room was very spacious & very clean. The beds were so big & comfortable. Absolutely LOVED the refrigerator/freezer, it was so great having regular size fridge instead the little compact ones. It kept everything cold & the freezer kept everything frozen.😁 They did great on the renovations of this hotel. Very impressed. 😁 Plenty of room in the closet area to put your ice cooler & beach stuff. I loved that we were to also allowed go over to their sister hotel the Aloft & take advantage of their amenities, that was a nice extra bonus. 😍

The shower leaked

Our bathroom was supplied with clean towels however the shower and the sink were not cleaned. There was a lot of hair from the people of the previous stay in the shower. They could have at least cleaned and sanitized… also, the people staying right above us, we were in room 211, were incredibly inconsiderate. They had their children running back and forth all hours of the morning and night. They were also constantly moving furniture. I stood for 2 days and two nights and we could barley get any proper sleep due to all the commotion from upstairs. We contacted staff at the front desk and they said they would speak to them however I’m unsure that happened considering the noise quite literally never stopped. I don’t normally complain and I understand the family was on vacation with their children but they were immensely disrespectful and inconsiderate! Wish the hotel staff would have handled the situation better when it was elevated. We contacted the front desk twice.
