We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayShould be a table in the "livingroom" of the appartment. We had to set our bottles on the floor when using the couch and the chair. The breakfast included was not good unfortunately. For this being a nice, big hotel, we think it should have neen better.
The people working in the reception were nice and friendly, without being "too much". They helped us store the luggage,and gave us late check out. The room/appartment were modern, light, with balcony and great view over Miami. Perfect for a family of five.

United StatesThere was noisy construction going on right outside of our room that began at 7 am each day and the bedroom balcony door was broken and would not lock which admitted additional noise. Overall cleanliness of the room was wonderful, however dusty and dirty around base of walls and in corners.
Breakfast was good, and the hotel views were exceptional. The staff was very nice, and the valet parking attendants were very quick and professional.

United StatesThe noise from the metro rail a half block away was loud and so was the noise from the fire station across the street. Fine if you are used to big city noises. The Atwell Suites shares the building with the Indigo hotel with Atwell having floors 16-24. There was never anyone at the Atwell desk but the Indigo lobby staff were helpful. The included breakfast which was fine is provided on the 24 floor. We ate in the lobby restaurant and ended up paying for breakfast the first morning.
Location felt safe,close to transportation, metro rail , people mover and trolly. Good view from 22 floor with 2 balconies.The suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a Keurig for coffee in a large kitchen space with a refrigerator and microwave. No other kitchen amenities. There was a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and a bar in the lobby. There were also many restaurants in walking distance . I didn’t use the pool but it was outdoors on the 6th floor and look nice.

United StatesBut through no fault of the hotel the noise was horrible due to a construction site across the street, if you go ask for rooms on the other side. Cleaning non-existent but the hotel comped our parking fee which was great!
The breakfast was typical of a hotel, choices were decent, coffee was good, manager Wilma and her staff were wonderful. The location is great close to the Brickell free metro mover station. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, the shower was hard to figure out and not very good. The kitchenette was nice. George at the front was very helpful when we checked out.
