We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great service. Par ici has a friendly Turkish waiter did t get the name. Spa folks very friendly. Front reception lovely folks. Chatty guy cannot remember the name who greeted us and showed us around. The spa group were very generous gave us macaroons and white wine to celebrate my daughters birthday. Give everyone a raise 😜

United StatesOne lady at the reception, who introduced herself as the manager Anais, instead of solving my problem, began to speak loudly about it so that all the people in the lobby could hear, which made me feel embarrassed. ( I was have cash and there was no money on my credit card) I traveled a lot, but I have never seen such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude! All other employees were much better than her.

United StatesWe only had breakfast in the dining room - but it was less than desirable w/ stale bagels & croissants, and lukewarm eggs Benedict. BUT - the staff was exceptional. I’m being critical here but The lobby - while tastefully done in typical French fashion - was not as open and opulent as I thought it would be. It was divided unnecessarily by a half wall & lacked that initial WOW factor that I expect from a brand new hotel in NYC.
Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They truly were exceptional. Room decor very elegant and comfortable.

United KingdomThere is always some problem at the restaurant. Either staff attitude, or time it takes to get food or they ran out of something. The point is, I have stay there a couple of times since they opened and the restaurant always has an excuse for not providing top service. This morning I had to leave to work with breakfast because even though they had opened 25 minutes earlier, no one had bothered to prep my food.
