The room was so big and clean. Our only issue was the room had a smoke odor but all the signs say no smoking. We bought candles. OTHER THAN THAT everything was great. Great location right off of the beach and not too far from anything..

It had white stuff on table where TV set. I think it was coming from ceiling. We had to keep whipping it off. . It got all over my tablet several times. The floor in room was dirty cause my feet was black on bottom. Then I tried to remember to keep my flip flops on. Other then all that. The staff was excellent and we had a good time.

Pros - Great location, kind service, family oriented, parking fairly close to resort, reasonably priced (at end of March). Good WiFi, but make sure to use the code in the little book they give you when first checking in - disregard the WiFi info found in the notebook located in the room. Bed slept well - good nights rest! I listed the cons honestly as they happened but will tell you overall - it was a decent stay at a good rate and would probably book again, just on a higher floor. Cons - It was evident that some of our room got missed with the cleaning before our arrival (e.g. hair in sink, trash on floor by sofa in living area). I took care of it and emptied a can of Lysol. The sheets were clean, so it may have just been a few minor oversights, and everybody has a rough day now and then, so I will knock an entire resort/brand for this from one stay/experience. Furniture is wearing out, but that could have just been our rental. I can't say for sure unless I visit again. There were small rips in the chair in our room, and the sofa appeared weathered. The shower is high to the ceiling after stepping up/in. For our tall folks out there, I am 5'7 and couldn't lift arms all the way up without touching the ceiling in the shower. Be aware that the water pipes in the bathroom are VERY VERY loud. If using the washer/dryer, be prepared - it is super loud. We were oceanfront on the 2nd floor. In living, dining & kitchen areas, you can hear EVERYTHING from the pool - EVERYTHING, with the patio door closed. But in the bedroom with the door closed, you can't hear the noise from the pool. We stayed the last week of March so I can only imagine the pool noise in the summer. If quiet is your jam, you definitely want a higher floor room at this resort.

The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the ocean front room and being right on the Boardwalk.

There was always a wait for the elevators as there are only four but we had no trouble getting a cart for both check in & out. Parking a block away is kind of a pain, but given it is free where most places charge for parking, we made it work! All in all, this is a serviceable, not a luxury hotel, in a great location & it was perfect for our off season weekend get away!

The location is fantastic, right on the ocean & within walking distance of many bars, restaurants & shops. Our 1 bedroom suite was quite spacious & pretty clean. The staff is friendly & efficient & the common areas are kept up with. The furniture was pretty worn out & we could have used another living room chair but the full kitchen was nice. We enjoyed the balconies but when booking, if having a full ocean view is important to you make sure you opt for an ocean front room, not just the ocean view as those rooms actually face the city but have a side balcony where you can see a bit of the water between the buildings!

The balcony could have been cleaned off due to the pollen and birds.

When I first got there checked in and went to my room the two housekeeping ladies were sitting in there, as if it was their room. One was standing on the balcony smoking, while the other one was sitting on the couch. Second thing was I booked an ocean view room and got partial view. Third thing was the floor was dirty And I had to mop that up

Noisy neighbors, thermostat seemed to be broken we turned it off it never cut off, heat kept coming on in bathroom, parking 2 blocks from facility

My bathtub didn't have a stopper in it so I couldn't take a bath. Also, you could see a lot of hair in the drain that came from past guests.

The rooms are a little old and not very clean. The room would have benefitted from a chair/sofa. The parking lot is a block away and can be tough to park if you return late.

The location of this hotel is the best feature of this hotel. The beach and broadwalk are right in front and easy access to the beach. The swimming pools of the hotel are fun and great place to relax. There are pools outdoors which i can only assume is amazing in summer. The value of the rooms are unbeatable.

I didn’t like that check-in was late in the day around 4, but I understand why. The outside floor was always slick due to water with no additional carpeting. Lastly there wasn’t a good place to place items at the pool room. It was sort of a free for all.

There was a Starbucks joined to the hotel, which is convenient when waiting for check-in. The hotel is next to the beach and close walking distance to nearby restaurants. I also like the security in the parking building even though it is not directly at the hotel itself. Lastly, the pool has swimming, hot tub and a fire pit area.
