No breakfast Paid for housekeeping and all they do is empty garbage and clean towels. This was our second time to stay at Bay View and our last. Not much changed. Two small pools that kids pretty much took over and same for the lazy river. It’s short and too many kids in it. It has older appliance and furnisher. Carpets are dirty Washer made a terrible noise They don’t furnish a free packet of powder for the washer only for the dishwasher. No ice in the ice maker when we got there. King room was too hot and the double bedroom was too cold. Could not get the condensation from dripping on the double beds. Tried to regulate the ac but not much helped. Friday when the Tropical storm hit we thought we would stay another day ask about the room for one more day but it was booked. The only other they had was one bedroom for 3 adults and a small baby for $215 so we packed up and left. Made it home but took us 2 days.

United States1 review“Great location but will not stay at this hotel again because it was not worth the amount we paid.”Hotel needs to be updated. Everything was old, dirty and outdated. Had to switch rooms due to first room having issues with all the sliding doors not opening to the balconies. Moved to a different room that had a not so pleasant odor but no other rooms were available. Chairs in the room were black they were so dirty and we paid $1,300 for 3/nights.
