The room smelled like cigerettes and was dirty, it was a TINY room without much room to even move around. It was extremely pricey, pool area was dirty was smelled strongly of chemicals so much that it was unpleasant. the hallways, elevators, and smelled like marijuana, and upon check in when I asked if I could be guaranteed a room that was not smoked in I was told no.

The beach front was gorgeous.

The bed was hard. I tossed and turned all night. Hair was in the tub and someone was smoking in the other room.

I love there indoor pool my kids love it ,even the ocean is cold but we can still swimming inside. The hotel it's nice it's really next to the ocean 💯 love it ...

The worse part...the PARKING, and checking in! The parking garage is WAY too far away from the hotel!! I'm handicapped, and the long walk back and forth to the parking garbage was too much!!! I didn't even know that the parking garage was separate from the hotel! YOU SHOULD STATE THAT IN YOUR BROCHURE!!!! Otherwise, I never would have stayed there!! Senior citizens don't want to walk that distance!!! The check-in procedure was very time consuming because there was only 1 clerk working, and 7 people trying to check-in! The "parking area" to check-in was crowded and chaotic!! What a joke!! The clerk checking me in was not too friendly and didn't dress nice at all! The hot tubs were crowded and the water was lukewarm at best!!!! The hot tubs were also dirty!!

The bed was hard as a rock,the sliding door didn’t lock, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, But the staff was friendly. The area was nice it reminded me of back home Hampton beach,Salisbury beach.

The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. The louverdoor in the bathroom was dirty! There was enough dust bunnies on the louvers to give you a sneezy fit Which it did. The refrigerator was making knocking noise and the facility guy came up and said that they would fix or replace after we left. SO WE HAD TO DEAL WITH IT FOR OUR STAY! The check in staff did not tell us that there was no house keeping to make your bed. Only found out when I questioned it, that they only give you towels and trash pick up. So the question is why am I paying $24.95 a night for that service when they don’t do it? Also the heating/ A/c unit made noise too,Along with the bathroom receptacle gfi switch faulting out numerous times when there was nothing plugged in. The only thing that the staff said at check in was that you may want to not travel the streets after dark because of the crime behind the hotel. So we took that with caution,and realized that after the first night being there.

I didn't like the loud noise when the shower was used.

I liked the ocean view of my room. I liked the hot water pressure in the shower. I like that I had a microwave and refrigerator in the room for my leftovers.
