Refrigerator was broken and leaked on the floor all week. Nobody would fix it. It made the room smell moldy. The ac was broke. Nobody fixed it. The beds sunk in so you felt like you were falling off the bed all weekend. The didn’t clean our room once.

Manager was rude, not room I booked, water never got hot in room, room dusty and dirty. Room was never cleaned. Elevators moved like they were on there last leg, one wasn’t even in service.

Not one complaint! I arrived and the bedroom tv was broken I called the front desk and the said they would fix it the next day! They didn’t I went down to the front desk the next day and they sent someone up! The maintenance lady was so upset that they made me wait so long! Replaced the tv within the 1hr and she was very apologetic!!! It was clean. Staff was great! Pool was available!!!! Free parking ocean front!

Well let’s start by saying that me and my wife are disabled, we live on a fixed income. We have to save our money to go on vacation. My wife was 7 weeks out from major foot surgery. First thing after we arrived was to find out that we had to park a block away from the motel in their parking garage. When we booked our trip Bay view said they had free guest parking on site it did not say you had to park a block away and walk back to the motel. They had no shuttle service for their guests. We paid extra money for an upgraded room. The room we got was smaller then an efficiency apartment. I have lived in an efficiency apartment and it was 12’x12’ this one was smaller then that. IF this upgraded room was this small then I would not like to see what we upgraded from, because it would have to be a large closet. The room was so small my wife was in tears when she asked the front desk for a different room. They were unconcerned about our crises. Bay View charges $15.95 additional fee per night for housekeeping. In the four nights we were there housekeeping changed out the dirty towels ONCE and did not change the sheets or take-out the trash. Over all in my opinion this place sucks and SO DO NOT stay here, because you have been warned.

There was no HOT water in the shower or sink in the bathroom! The furniture is old and outdated, the Televisions were old and there was No Cable Television, HBO, Cinema Max..ect .

No breakfast came with the booking. It was a suite. I like the kitchen and washer combo.

I did not like the room for the fact I had asked for an oceanfront and all I got was the street view and a view of the building beside of us. So I did not get the room that I asked for and pay for it to elevators were very very slow. They broke down a couple of times. Parking lot was good. She's too far away for someone that is handicapped
