After a night out in the muggy air and dancing came back to the room at around 12:00 to find that my air condition is non-responsive Maintenance already left for the day so I had to get relocated but the only one I was able to get relocated to was a side view opposite of The sunset and had a receptionally small balcony and I was very disappointed because I use my points to upgrade through booking.com and then the room wasn't satisfactory

The room was too small for the price and smelled funny. Could smell weed the entire time and not very family friendly.At night the kid's above us played loud music and threw things off of the balcony. While sitting outside roaches crawled around the deck . Overall just not very family friendly at all !!!

No problem at all with our room until Thursday evening we couldn’t get the air conditioner to cut off the last it registered was 68 before maintenance shut the unit down so we had no use of heat or air Thursday Thru Saturday They were suppose to come back and fix it I told staff at checkout she said they would refund some money back but because I booked thru y’all the refund had to go thru yall I never heard anything more

honestly we loved the resort. the only thing I could possibly critique is that the parking garage is a little bit of a walk. didn’t mind until it was storming and I was completely drenched.

We never had hot water. Even leaving the water at the hottest setting for 10-15 minutes at a time would only take the chill off of the shower water which made it very difficult to shower. We had two double beds in the room. we tried sleeping on one of them the first night and the springs were worn down therefore one side of the bed dipped down lower then the other side. We then tried the other bed which was not much better as far as comfort but it was manageable. The patio door would not lock although we had signs saying to keep locked at all times. The room would not get cool enough, therefore we decided to cut our stay short and leave a night sooner. when going to the front counter to check out early, we waited 30 minutes behind one guest that were teenagers getting 5 bands replaced for the pool, until we spoke up and asked if we could just leave the room keys and bracelets and check out early. the desk clerk said yes sit them the on the counter and we did as she said. we just don’t feel as though there was enough assistance as there was only the front desk which always seemed to be tied up.

WE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!! So Clean And Smells So Good. To The Front Desk The Maintainance The Housekeeping And Guests Were Very Pleasant And Professional. I Enjoyed The Country Music Concert And Seeing Cutie Pie Brett Michael On The Big Screen. Our Room Was Just Beautiful. We Will Be Returning Again And Again🥰💕

1st of all I got changed to another location in a different hotel. Because booking.com took advantage of a glitch in the system and I was overbooked. I had no choice but to go to the North side of Myrtle Beach to a different resort. It was not worth the money that I paid And it was not anything close to the room that I had originally rented. I am pissed and I would like some of my money back or a few nights free at the original hotel where I should have been in the 1st place. I'm starting to feel like I wasbecause I paid for a nicer place and I got moved down to a location where it was not what I would have rented in the 1st place. Feeling very scanned!

I liked everything. This is my second time at this hotel.

The staff was great, the room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. Steps away from the beach, and plenty of entertainment in walking distance. In addition, numerous restaurants and bars.

Hot water had issues and eventhough reported and fixed, we never had more than a Luke warm shower.

the hotel smells like weed EVERYWHERE! The floors are so dirty that when our toddler crawled across the floor in our room, his knees and feet were dark brown. the beds were super hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Shower head was tiny and sounded like a jackhammer the whole time water was running. One of the elevators sounded like it was ready to break. Staff did nothing to stop kids from running and acting like fools is the pool area. They were also over booked so we didn’t get the ocean view room we booked. we WERE upgraded to a suite, but not ocean view.

The front desk clerk on arrival was extremely rude. On arrival, the dishwasher had dirty/moldy dishes in it. I was there from a Tuesday to a Tuesday and never saw housekeeping. Ask for towels and never got them. Used pool towels as bath towels. The 2 outdoor pools were closed while other hotels/motels in the area had theirs open. There were bugs in the bathroom and I complained but never got any results. On checkout, I was charged $219.20 over my Booking.com GUARANTEED PRICE. Again, the front desk staff were extremely rude and told me that it was not their concern and that I needed to call Booking.com which I did on the spot and Booking.com rectified the problem. They charged me for a "marketing fee" a "resort fee" and a "housekeeping fee" which is hilarious considering that I never received housekeeping service. SO, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, FOLKS!

The floorplan of the room was great. I did not hear any of the other residents during the night. There was plenty of storage space, The balcony was big and nice. The shower pressure was great. They honored my request for a top floor. I was on the 18th out 19 stories. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to everything but the grocery store. Some people complained about the parking being in a parking garage across the street but that did not bother me. I felt my car was safe there. You can load & unload on the hotel side of the street. The bed and couch were comfy.

Even though it's a very nice place to stay , I guess it could have been a little closer to the beach , but a couple of blocks is no big deal. Didn't like we only got to stay 2 nights, it's a really nice place.

The room is huge. Has a mini kitchen and couch with a pretty big TV. It was very clean, had a lot of storage. Quiet even with a busy street in front. There is a marsh(?) Right out back with a walkway and the pool. Would be a great place to stay for a week or two.

be aware of giving your card to front desk. My employees have been staying here for a little over a month, I book hotel before they arrive and one worker will use another card for $100 deposit (damage fee). My employer was charged $200 for “damage fee” but front desk said the fee was waved (no damage fee). Come to find out the employee charges my workers card for $200 but put in computer it was waved, after talking to manager the worker charged damage fee to 2 different rooms and took the money.

I have never stayed in a motel that the beds mattresses was so outdated and very uncomfortable. I've stayed in two dozen motels in Myrtle Beach over the years and this has to be the worst bedding that I've experienced. I still haven't figured out why we had to pay for room service, and the reason I'm saying this is maid service only came in one day and empty the garbage cans and brought towels. The day after room service didn't even show up, we had to call the front desk to get bath towels and rags. That was a waste of money that was added to the total bill. To me that's price gouging and unnecessary.

The location was convenient to everything.
