I hate the loading and unloading area. Some of the people are very inconsiderate because they park and leave their vehicles. That leaves the 11am check out to be a complete mess!

The telephone in the room didn't work at all for me to call the front desk. No dial tone no anything as if it was there for looks. Also, once we opened the balcony door to the left for ocean view you can't lock it back. Maintenance came to lock it one day and after that we still wasn't able to lock it. That definitely needs attention. The bathroom in the shower can be off and the water from the faucet continues to drip in the tub non stop.

I enjoyed the view of having an angle of the ocean and street view all while kicked back watching tv. Both the receptionist that checked me in was pleasant. One was training and she done a fantastic job learning all the necessary steps to achieve her task of greeting guest and getting them settled in. It's definitely appreciated seeing smiling faces! The room was nice having access to the front balcony thru the bedroom as well as the living room area. Nice kitchen so we was able to cook and have dinner at the nice dinner table. Washing and dryer was nice we definitely used it to wash clothes which was good. Oan did I mention how good the entire resort smelled every where, hallway and elevators. That's definitely a plus! No trash, no loud music and coming in contact with other guest every one was pleasant.

This resort made out family trip the worst we ever been on. We was over charged after showing proof of purchase. Never received all funds back from over charged. The house keeping staff banned on the door scaring my children while I was in the shower.I could go on but this was just some of my issues . This experience at this hotel was terrible never again!

The beds were too hard could not sleep on them the couch slept better.

We cooked our own food. The beds were very uncomfortable too hard felt like sleeping on a board. Everything else was great.

The room we had was connected to another rooms thermostat. We could not control the temperature. One minute it was cool then it would start blowing hot air so loud, that we couldn't sleep, even when it was set to cool. there was a breaker box right there by the kitchen. the heating unit was clearly marked so we flipped it. The maintenance guy was hateful and insinuated that they threw out the last guest that flipped it, which tells me that this has happened a lot. the next shift gossiped about the previous shift and hotel owners. finally, a different desk clerk moved us to a different room that was not clean, but at least the heat wasn't cooking us. HORRIBLE I wish I could get my money back!

Heat was not working in the room. Maintenance said that was odd Saturday night, front desk could not have cared less Sunday am. Items in the room needed repair, no towels at the pool Friday night, just all around disappointing.

Heads up do not share a double room with another couple. Not big enough. Would only work with small Hildreth in extra bed. Would need to book adjoining room. Best location!

I didn't like how my situation was handled even though my room had issues and they came up to correct it it still was a problem because housekeeping didn't clean my room not once even after I was told housekeeping would be to my room first thing the next morning we didn't receive any type of accommodations for the inconveniences and what I dislike most is parking I'm handicap and there was no parking to accommodate me or even offered after I addressed it

the toilet was backed up from the first day. we reported it daily. I ordered a champagne package and the lady planned it to show up at noon on Saturday to be included on lunch on the beach for my 7 year anniversary with my spouse. I waited up in the room all morning until about 2 pm and then went to report that it never showed and at that time we was going to go in to get something to eat because there is no food there. Also we had waited for the maintenance gentleman to come at 1030 also Saturday morning to plunge the toilet again (how romantic that was daily) but never showed so I also reported to the front desk about that as well. The gentleman at the side desk could not get the deals or dinner pulled up that we was supposed to get also. told me to come back the next day but when we stoped by I was talking to him he looked up and back to his phone then another couple walked up and he heard them I guess idk.

The lady that checked me is was amazing and really Rooting for my stay and did everything she was supposed to and more. The gentleman that worked the next day that accomplished. The security guy made sure to report the issue we was having.

When we checked in the man on the desk acted as if we had bothered him. I had called the resort prior to checking in and asking if we was going to be late would it be okay. They assured us it would and to call the day of our checking in to tell them around what time we would be there. I did exactly this. We arrived and the gentleman told us that he was just a night auditor and that we should have arrived before 8. We get to the room. It is very dated with waterstains and paint missing off the tub. The cockroaches (no not the palmetto bug I have lived in the south my whole life and know the difference. It was a German cockroach) that showed up on day 2 was very alarming. I went and said something and their response is that they would get someone to spray after we check out. I DO NOT DO BUGS! The smell of weed is very strong in the place also.

The only thing this place has going for it is it's location. You are blocks from everything in Myrtle Beach. The parking garage is also really nice with the chain-link gates and card entry. You feel very secure in it. The Starbucks in the hotel is a plus but that is about all that is nice.
