the reception is terrible, very bad customer service, I paid for a note with a sea view and what I received was something very unpleasant because it was not what I paid for when I asked to change my room they answered me very badly and ignored my request, You are the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I will never return and I will make sure that none of my friends and family stay with you

the pool could have used some cleaning. The sprinklers were not working outside. Smoke detectors in our room needed batteries. Carpeting needs updated. Some of the front desk people need to be nicer to the clients (since we are the ones that really generates their paycheck each week.

Closeness to the beach, most of the staff was friendly. When I booked 2 rooms, I asked that they were close to each other, they were not. We were on the 11 floor and they were on the 6th floor.

Water pressure in shower. (Petty complaint)

All went well! The value was great!! My only complaint, well not an actual complaint, but was the mislabeling of a "sunset view." It is actually a street view. That's a misleading choice of words which I have noticed that different hotels have been using this vacation season. I wondered what that meant, but I found out through experience. Now I know. But it was a beautiful view of the city! I would give it a 10 out of 10 other than that and the water pressure in the shower, but I know that is because we were on an upper level floor. Oh...and the slow elevators! But all in all, 9 out of 10 stars for me!

our room was VERY small. balcony no ocean view just the trash alley. door wouldn’t lock had call maintenance lady at front desk very rude. then upon flushing toilet water ran from wall and sprayed all over floor. again lady on phone was even ruder sent maintenance finally fixed hose in back of tank called for housekeeping like he told me and I got hatefulness from the front desk.

A lot of stuff in the room was broken upon arriving. Closet, lamps and television were all broken. Maintenance came quick and prompt to repair. Night staff was very unpleasant! Morning staff was friendly and helpful.

everything was awful. got charged 200 more than what I was supposed to be charged because supposedly the promotional I had expired the day before I got there per one of the check in oriole, but then the manager would not try to make it right, nor was I informed it would expire, and the manager would not make it right. they pretty much treated me like an idiot. then , they barely have any carts to load and unload. location is horrible, parking across street and they get upset if you have to load up without a cart and it takes too long.. elevators suck and take forever… sometimes skips floors… we had to take 14 flights of stairs to load quicker since they called and gave us a hard time about our car being parked out front and it taking so long even though I tried to explain we couldn’t find a cart and had a baby so we were having to take turns taking stuff down with no cart. said there were plenty of carts and no one could get out,I got out there and there were no carts and people COULD get out. I definitely do not recommend staying here it is awful and they over charge for crappy rooms

dirty room, couch and chair in living room stained all over, made me uncomfortable to even sit on because it was so dirty side of refrigerator completely rusted found several cockroaches, one was dead in the refrigerator. outside grounds with cigarette butts everywhere front and back. pictures on site are not at all accurate
