The room itself was not clean, we found food on the floor in two different rooms

Some of the furniture was old and worn and needed replacement. The toilet seat needed replacement as the paint was chipped and the door to the utility room in the bathroom had chipped paint. I would have preferred an ocean view instead of the street view from the balcony.

The suite was very spacious and clean.

Called front desk and asked for more bath towels. He told me to catch the towel service person. I missed her by a minute! She disappeared into the elevator. Saw the cleaning lady and asked her to relate message. Never received towels. Had to go “steal” some pool towels the use the rest of my stay. Pool towels were rough but did the job.

Our ocean front room was as expected. Liked the spacious balcony the most!

The fact that you got 19 floors or whatever it is you would think it's time to upgrade and get more elevators or ones that can move more efficient. There were times where I had to take the steps or wait over 15 minutes 20 minutes to use the elevators just to go down six floors.Even though I did like a few attractions from the pool area I couldn't get over the smell of B.O./mildew overpowering the chlorine

The fact that you're on the beach is always a plus. Went here with my wife and two kids love the fact that they had two hot tubs one outside one inside the lazy River was awesome and the boardwalk was literally a walk down the road

Staff could have shown more hospitality. Young red-headed girl was especially nasty. Elevators could be frustrating sometimes. Garage was mostly reserved for Hilton valet.

The pools are to small for the size resort and the elevators are slow. We had to walk down 19 floors after waiting over 20 min for an elevator. I also didn't like that I had to park a block away the plus to that was it's in a garage but if you came back late you don't close parking since Valet for HomeSuites is one side and Bayview is the other.

Ocean view balcony was my favorite. I loved having a kitchen to make breakfast it saved some money being able to have 1 meal in the room. The walk to the skywheel and fun was not far. I would stay again.

Not enough luggage carts!! We had to literally haul everything up to our room by hand along with our 11 month old. We were a party of 5 so we had a lot of stuff. It was very busy and there were no luggage carts to be found. People were very upset about that. Also our refrigerator stopped working the first night there. But I will say they were super quick to come up and take a look and they brought in a brand new refrigerator that night. The morning we left I went to get a luggage cart and couldn’t find one. Thankfully the front desk worker looked on a camera and pointed me to a floor that had one setting outside the elevator.

Great location! I loved being able to just walk to the boardwalk and not have to hassle with driving anywhere.

The only thing that caught my attention is there’s no lighting over the countertop…. The space where the sink and microwave was… I guess leaving the bathroom door open and using that lighting was the idea…. but if someone goes in there then it’s full.

The property was very clean and there was a Starbucks adjoined to the hotel ❤️❤️❤️

The rooms are not as big as the pics look (very small), had to cross over one another LITERALLY, the long elevator wait

Biggest issue was being on 17th floor. Talked to guy at the front desk at check in and he seemed to not care one bit about me having a special needs daughter and it being a safety risk with us being so high up if an emergency happened in the building.

We were supposed to get double queens but we got double full size.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. We loved the balcony view and the sound of the ocean. The sunrise over the ocean was AMAZING!!! We will be back.
