The rooms were fairly clean, they ask for $100 deposit also...so first get there pool not clean no warning of that my boys were wanting to swim one reason I rented the room, they didn't tell me it wasn't in use able condition, then they don't tell me it takes 3-5 business days to get money back on card so now waiting to see if I get that back been 2 days still no money back don't see why it would take 3-5 business days when it takes 3 minutes for them to take the money.

The wall behind the desk area looks like they remuded it and painted but didn't finish it., The lobby and the elevator have not been renovated and are old and dirty. Long black hairs in our bedding and on the floor in the bathroom. Floors could use a wall to wall scrub. Tub was peeling.

New paint, new bath fixtures and shower curtain, great water pressure and temp, comfy beds, good lighting and new TV.

tv did not work. the remote was working. remote was not programmed for the tv so we could not change channels. also 4 people staying and only had towels for 2. we had to run to front desk for more towels

We stayed a lot of times, we we're living upstate and would come down three times a month for up to a week at a time to visit family. The first few months we had a wonderful stay every time, never had any complaints. Our last stay was for about a month, maybe a little longer, as we were moving back to Flint, & waiting for our house to be ready to move in. The last two weeks of our stay was horrible. We complained daily about everybody who was put in the room above us. They seem to have kids that never sat down, would run & jump constantly, or adults that would just be inconsiderately loud with their stomping & constant walking hard back & forth at all hours of the night, & day. My husband works third shift, and I work first shift, and we could not get any sleep the last 2 weeks. I even had another guest horse kick the door across from me for 15 minutes straight at 4:30am until I went to tell the front desk worker to please tell her to stop. She followed me up there, & I could smell the alcohol coming off of her breath as she was in my face calling me all sorts of names, and swearing at me, and threatening to beat my ass. When I defended myself, your desk clerk threatened to have both of our $100 deposits not returned, instead of immediately telling her that she was going to be kicked out for kicking a door, and then getting in my face with threats. When I went to walk back to my room, she followed me, and was still screaming at me, so the desk clerk followed her, and instead of calling the police on her, or kicking her out, he just told her to go up to her room, & 10 minutes later, she was back across the hall screaming again. I seen her two days later while I was rechecking into my room, so nothing happened to her for the way she acted, or talked to me.

Switched from first room because the toilet was broken and not cleaned properly; old food/wrappers behind night stand. Pool room was very dirty, bugs and dirt all over the floors, dirty towels laying around, and no pool heater…… so cold! Bed was hard as a rock. Elevator was super dirty too. People do smoke there. Girl checking us out had a hard time locating my cash deposit.

Girl who checked us in was very friendly and made things right when we had issues. Even asked us later when she seen us how things were going.

The amenities where exaggerated, no kitchen area in the suite just microwave & coffee pot , there is no washer and dryer, there were quest smoking Marijuana by the stairwell entrance and the manager was constantly checking my parents room that consisted of toddler and grade school children , not what we expected NO WIFI
