The window was not sealed good or quality of window so it seemed to allow a bad odor to be in the room.

The place was super clean and smelled good (not like weed at other hotels). The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept so well-and that means a lot since I travel for work. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get to eat the free breakfast each morning because I leave for work before it starts- boo lol. For some reason I had a handicap accessible room, and the walk in shower was a bit small, it was hard to move around in. That was the only negative thing about my stay. I also want to add that there weren’t any people being loud and obnoxious out in the halls or in the rooms next to me, which is a huge issue at many other hotels these days. I will definitely stay again!!

Asked to be near family that was staying at same hotel, they put us on different floors. Check-in staff (night) looked in rough health condition.

So, the first night I was there, a fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in their room or something, a lady that was staying there had told a couple of us that came out to the lobby to see what was going on that she smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway, this was at about 10pm so that was kind of an inconvenience. The lady that checked me in when I first got there though had told my daughter that she had pretty eyes and that she would be a heart breaker. She told my daught not to be a heart breaker because she has 7 kids of her own, kind of unprofessional and it looked like she had at least two of her kids roaming the lobby. They were just hanging out there and talking to the lady that checked me in.

Pretty good overall. The lobby was clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Everything worked as it should. I didn't have any of the breakfast although it did smell pretty good.

A whole lot more than I expected. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. Everything worked and was clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice lounging area where you can watch TV if you'd rather not sit in your room. They even accommodated a very early check-in.

Dog barking in room next to me all night was annoying! And I had my own poop bags, but the boxes outside were empty, I let staff know I didn't appreciate other pet owners not clean8ng up after their pets, bc now I'm walking in dog shit, to clean up after my pet Also need USB outlets this day and age 😉

There were stains on the carpeting near the bathroom. The sheets weren’t the most comfortable and the comforter was too heavy/warm.

I got 2:54pm and the lady at the front desk doesn’t even look at me and shows me her hand with 3 fingers meaning check in was at 3pm. We travel quite a bit and never have I got this kind of treatment. She needs some hospitality training. The rest of the stay was ok.
