Absolutely loved the pool area and Hot Tub with outdoor bar!

There was black mold in the tub, make up on the cloth shower curtain, and no coffee or fridge in the room. We had to pay for coffee the following morning with no indication prior. So had to run back up to room to get money, and ended up throwing out so.e items because there was no fridge. What if we had medicine that needed refrigerating? Also no sign on the door when we arrived Thursday to tell us they opened at four. Had to reach out to website we booked on and then hotel because doors were locked and no staff. It would have been more comforting to know their hours ahead of time.

The location is convenient to the main restaurants and bars and the staff was very friendly.

At some point I can see a need to do some upgrades in the bathrooms. We also didn’t really get to enjoy the pool or the new tiki bar or smash burgers due to it being later in the year.

We have been coming to PIB for two decades and have stayed at Bayshore all but two times! It was good to get back this year, even though it was later in the season than normal. The view is unmatched! We also enjoyed the addition of the coffee bar in the lobby. Debbie at the front desk is a true gem! She was so kind and helpful!

Listed as a condo but is really a hotel room since there was no fridge, coffee maker, etc. Could not turn off balcony light so there were a lot of spiders and we couldn’t see the stars

I didn't like that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. There was also no little coffee maker or an iron. You couldn't get in from the side door, you had to go in the front every time. That was different from other hotels I have stayed in.

I loved the location, right next to the water. There were 2 pools, which was nice to avoid over crowding. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved the balcony, I spent a lot of my time at the hotel on the balcony just over looking the water. We were 2 minute walk if that from downtown.

Couldn’t use the patio because it wasn’t clean…. Cobwebs, leaves, and a half smoked cigar on the patio….clearly not cleaned. Also, the patio furniture outside had spiderwebs all over them. Chairs were flipped upset down. Not able to seat out there. We rented a golf cart….lots of black spiders and spiderwebs all over the cart. For paying guests this was disappointing. The stay wasn’t cheap. Also, no free coffee in the room. For a resort this should have been in the room.

Loved Debbie at the front desk!! So friendly and helpful! Beds are comfortable.

The bedsheets on both beds had stains with questionable colors, the shower had mildew in all the cracks and the toilet had a dirty ring around the bowl like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a week or two. The patio upgrade had such great potential but there were dead and live bugs everywhere and we couldn’t use the patio at all.

Our last night stay some noisy people moved in next to our room and made it hard to sleep so glad they weren't there our whole stay ! They'er foot steps could be heard up to 4 in the morning ! we left in the morning .

The staff and location were a great . The Lady at checkin desk her name was Debbie was one of the best person to talk to ! She had a great personality and v very friendly . One more plus was the golf cart rental at the hotel ! We love PIB and staying at such a nice hotel made our stay that much better !

Wi-Fi Fi was awful. No refrig in room. Staff was very young & had problems w/issues above the basic. Cleanliness was meh. No coffee maker, no coffee in the Lobby. No restaurant or bar other than Tiki outside. $$ for everything there . But, good location. It was good overall- just disappointed.

The pool looks like it’s falling apart. The staff seemed a little bit more willing to party with you as opposed to actually doing their job the amount of ridiculously loud crying drunk people in the hallway at 3 AM with the staff not doing anything about it.
