Honestly this place was complete and total crap. The place is falling apart. The beds in the room were caved in. Ive stayed at many hotels and motels and this palce probably had the worst beds ive ever seen, and you could tell the sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed. We had to ask someone to please put clean sheets on the bed. The carpeted floor was sort of sticky and black. Black Mold growing in the bathroom.. the ceiling and the walls are peeling and flaking apart. We only had 1 working light in the whole room, therefore it felt like we were in a cold dark jail cell when the curtain was closed. The door had a large gap underneath so it allowed bugs to enter easily. The cable to to the TV was snowy so the picture wasn't clear. The entire place needs a SERIOUS update. I think if everything had been updated, this place would have been worth the money.

my children like to use the pool... every year we have gone there, but this year was different. They tell you that the pool will be open before you pay for your room and then they don't want to open it.and then on the last day, they said that they did not give us access to the pool because that day we had to leave the room. I do not recommend it if you like to use the pool.

The amount of cockroaches..was DISGUSTING ..the whole building looked dirty from the outside ..and the inside of the room was much worse ..for the amount of money I paid ..it’s unbelievable..stains on bed comforters , stains that looked like blood on the wall, bugs crawling everywhere the kitchen was disgusting it had left over food from recent people , and the bathroom was disgusting they didn’t clean before we got there and it’s unacceptable.

The hotel room was disgusting- blood stain on the couch, appliances were nasty and the stove burners had foil on them which is a fire hazard and so dirty there was no way I was using it. The microwave was also dirty. The fridge was also disgusting. When we got to our room there was a huge dead roach outside our door on the ground. The smell of the room made my mother throw up as soon as we opened the door she ran into the bathroom. The bed didn't look like it was clean the linens looked dirty. The internet was so slow it was unusable. The TV would have been nice if there was a cable guide or even a DVD player or if they had a streaming service for movies, but they didn't. When I called the front desk to ask for clean linens and towels, no one would answer even though their hours stated they were still open. (We had to rush to our concert, which was why we were in town.) So when we finally got back we saw someone talking to the man at the front desk and he buzzed us in. When my mom and I were trying to explain to the man that our room was really dirty and we needed fresh linens at the very least, the man rudely interrupted me and scolded me telling me my mother was doing a fine job talking. I'm not a child, and the room was in my name, as I was the one who paid for it. Then when we showed him how dirty it was, he literally grabbed us a few sheets and towels. No one ever came to clean our room nor were we offered a discount or anything. I'll never ever stay there and I feel bad for anyone else who spends $600+ to stay 2 nights in this disgusting, overpriced hotel. My mom also remembered they said there was free breakfast, which there was not. We also had paid for 4 people for the room, and only had 3 due to someone not going. We told them this and weren't given the money back that I was charged for having 4th guest I booked for.

I liked the location of the hotel, which was like 1 street over from the beach and it was nice to be able to park at the hotel and walk to everything. I liked the size of our room- it had a bedroom and a separate kitchenette area with living room and table. I also liked having the balcony outside our door so we could smoke right outside.

Pool was dirty, beds were broke, bug traps everywhere and seen roaches. The bathroom door was broke as well as the security chain on the front door held together by loose wood screws. We paid for a suite that was supposed to have a kitchenette and didn't get one. We left a night early.

The hotel was awful it was filled with bugs and it seems like it wasnt as clean as it should have been. Its sad to see this place slowly get worse and worse each year as this is always the to go hotel with my family and friends. But these rooms are just disgusting now.

Upon check-in told not to use stove it is a fire hazard, no fire extinguishers, no smoke detectors, no sprinklers, blood on couch cushions, no shelves in refrigerator, had to clean the pool ourselves, no running water at pool, pump not working, shower pipe at pool broken, ladder in deep end broken was told to stay off it, had to ask for our trash bags, no sheets or blankets on pull out bed, no king sized beds AS advertised, no continental breakfast AS advertised, no running water in second bathroom drain clogged this place was awful.

Roaches crawling all over the walls and floors at night! The floors had not been cleaned, food and even some trash left behind. Two "one-inch straws" found in my room on the floor which is frightening. The staff needed "5 minutes" when I arrived, so I don't think it got an adequate clean. I don't think this is a reflection of other room cleaning, at least I hope not!

First off nothing like the pictures. No cookware for the kitchen.Plus they said we wasn't allowed to use stove because of the areas recent fires.But know of this was stated.I got this to be able to cook.The lady at front desk was the rudest I have ever meant.They don't come to clean rooms or give us towels.If you do you have to present to do so which they told us between the hours of 10am-5pm.Who wants to stay in room to wait all day and then don't show up.The whole ro was gross.Shower was so gross.Poop all over the walls.Blood stains on couch.Fridge was scary to even use.So nasty
