unfortunately this establishment wasn't clean. the location was on the south end of The ocean front which is ghetto. it was chilly the days I stayed and the heater did not work. the pool was disgusting. bird poop and green water. the pool looked abandoned. the pillows were made out of plastic. I do not recommend anyone staying here for leisure.

The sheets were dirty, the room smell really bad couldn’t handle the smell. The bathroom was dirty and nothing looked like the pictures. It had spiders, it was very dirty and damaged nothing like what they advertised…

Room smelled like smoke. The floor was wet by the bathroom. Stains on the bedspread. No blanket on the bed. Rust on the exposed pipes. Didn’t feel safe. Friends room was worse than ours, so they slept in our room. The hotel moved someone else in their room, even though they paid for it. Asked for their money back since someone else stayed in their room, and they said they moved people who didn’t like the room the were in and refused to refund money.

The maintenance man was very helpful.

i didnt like anything it was absolutely disgusting! no smoking rooms people were hanging out their rooms smoking the rooms reaked of marijuana we reached out to booking .com to get our money back and they couldnt get in touch with any one at the place my money was tied up so i couldnt go anywhere else.

Cleanliness, customer service, amenities actually working. Fridge didn’t work (was warm), stovetop had tin foil under burners + was not clean, toilet seat was incorrect size and slid around. Shower curtain was full of mold, as well as the caulking in the shower. I work in property maintenance through Days Inn, Best Western, and Sun Outdoors properties- this place is seriously foul. Total rip off, incorrect advertising of true room states. The lady at check in was nice enough, but seemed to want to get us out of the office ASAP. Room smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke, we had to go buy 2 smoke foggers and Lysol to even feel comfortable sitting on the stained couch. Foggers did not trip the smoke detectors, showing that they did not work. Totally unsafe. Thank god me and my husband are both firefighters. This room seriously was the worst $96 I’ve ever spent, and I will be disputing the charge on my card.

The only redeeming thing about this room was that there was somewhere to sleep.

Picture on your website is deceiving it looks trashy and run down

I ended up not staying at this place when I pulled into the parking lot. It looked like some rundown motel when it was actually apartments where people live so we ended up not staying at all. It looks scary and trashy not at all what the picture on booking.com shows.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place should be shut down for their filth!!! Still can’t get a response for a cancellation!! Paid $175 for NOTHING!!! They won’t return calls or emails, absolutely horrific experience!! The manager and his girlfriend live in one of the rooms and wanted nothing to do with helping us!!

Nothing went well! Waited over 30min to find the man “working” at this motel, I had to knock on room doors to find someone, the manager was at 7Eleven and I waited 10 min longer for him to return, he didn’t say hello, he didn’t apologize for my wait, when I asked him to see a room before I’d stay there he became very irritated. We walked into a room and I felt sick, smelled like someone had just smoked 10 packs of cigarettes, pubic hair on the dirty toilet seat, couch had stains all over it, bed spreads had holes in them. I refused to stay there!! The man ignored my concerns so we left and contacted booking.com about a refund

Dirty everything walls doors microwave refrigerator all drawers dirty inside window dirty. Wrong plate in microwave made loud noise. Bought disinfectant sptay and air fresher to complete my stay. Regulars or workers staying staying there were very loud and disorderly next to room on sat very loud and yelling one person was hurt. Someone knocked on door beside my room for almost 30 minutes early next morning. Housekeeper told desk clerk about replacements for all remotes which TV and remote not working. Remote very old and missing back. Desk clerk found another back and batteries did not give new remote.
