the room was comfortable, they put extra pillows and sheets, towels and soaps. room smelled like smoke but not terrible. i liked the location, for the price was not bad.

We notified the front desk that there were roaches in our room. They said are we can’t offer you another room because we’re fully booked however you will get a full refund for the 91st day. When I contacted the manager on Monday morning they had only refunded $80 which was a 15% discount which I completely disagree with it should’ve been a full refund because roaches are serious:

We stayed for three nights in a room without proper plumbing and they woild come in to plunge the toilet, which was not the issue. The room itself was dirty and no maids came in to clean it until we asked. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels daily. The place was horrible and very noisy at night. It was like being in a crack hotel.

Room was not clean at all. There was something all over the blankets they had put on the bed. The floor was not vacuumed before we arrived. Cabinets had like sugar or salt all over bottom. Could tell there cleaning people just don't care. The price was ridiculous for the way the room looked and how outdated they were. 1 of the tvs made a high pitched noise when you turned it on. Was unbearable to even try to watch the TV.

First of all the service for customers was very poor. We had to wait 20 minutes in the hot sun to be able to get a room. It did not specify we needed an id to register in. The family room is horrible, we received no paper telling us tv channels or wifi. The tv for the FAMILY room only has one kids channel and that is it . The beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. In most hotels you get a coffee pot at the very least in your room. There was nothing. They kicked us out and our keys stopped working 2 hours before it was due.

I liked that the location was near the carnival. It was decently clean.

Maintenance, pool ladder broken, air conditioner not working, filter an inch thick with dirt. Roaches. Mold. Housekeeping, like everywhere short staffed. Microwave and refrigerator not cleaned, window should have been clean it was hard to see out of , I am a former hotel employee, I booked two rooms here because it had a good clean rating, disappointed. The second room was at the end of the duct run and all the air poured out there. They about froze

Everything was grungy, there were no extra blankets or pillows for the futons and when I asked for some, they only would give me one because "we were only staying one night"! It was absolutely ridiculous! I would never stay there again!!

The smell is bad and musty, the floor and carpet were dirty, there were flies and insects in the room. There are some food crumbs and nasty stuff on the floor like used cotton buds and bottle cover. The bed sheets were dirty.

We checked out soon after checking in. The room had a very gross smell upon entering. The kitchen was filthy and we heard and saw mice.

It looked like the bathroom floors and shower hadnt been cleaned in weeks. It smelled like cigarettes covered up by febreeze. Crums on the floor.

The bathroom could use some renovation but it works. The pool is pretty small so no one from our group used it.

This was a decent place to stay at for the price I booked it for. The room looked clean but I would make sure to disinfect everything again. The distance to the fishing pier and beach is about 5min walking.
