The 2 full bathrooms could use updates. There is also a half bath that is well updated. The carpet is probably difficult to keep clean with traffic from beach and pool.

LOCATION !!!! The quiet area, solitude, great location! An area by the bay with a cozy comfortable area to sit and relax watching the boats. Close to the beach. Beach access is perfect. Nice clean and relaxing swimming pool. Close walk or bike ride to the Siesta Key village or Stickney point. Very well equipped kitchen and private laundry facilities. The owners were very attentive to any questions or needs. We will stay here again!

Great location quiet area to sit out on dock, location right across the street from beautiful Crescent beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants also. Very nice place a bit dated but clean and wonderful amenities. Would stay again!!

Dryer didn’t dry towels well. Ended up taking them to a laundromat. Would have enjoyed a lanai that this property didn’t have.

It’s fine but a bit dated. Could use a deep cleaning and paint. But it was fine. I didn’t figure out WIFI if it was available. Low water pressure in shower, not very hot water. Master bath toilet moans awhile when flushed.

A couple of the lights didn’t seem to work, and the shower faucet in the master bath couldn’t be adjusted to a warm temperature- it was either cold or hot. When I tried to move it to warm the water pressure disappeared. It was not a problem for me- I just used the shower in the other bathroom.

It was quiet and felt very safe. Great location for me. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

The only complaint I have is the parking it is right underneath the tree with about 10 big birds nest in it. It totally destroyed my truck. I’m going to have to physically scrub the bird poop out of the bed of my truck. It’s everywhere.

Master bedroom is quite bright in the morning as blinds are not fully covering the windows. Master bed is a bit squeaky.

Spacious house with all amenities you could wish, tucked away in a gated neighborhood, we felt very safe and cozy. All useful information has been provided by Mira in advance as well as a Key for Beach access. Parking for the whole day after checkout was possible.

Upscale street - in fancy little neighborhood tucked away. Inside the condo is modest but clean and nice. Best of both worlds - you’re on the bay but can walk across the street to beach in gated neighborhood. ( key code provided) This place was beautiful, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Derby Lane for the third time and had a great time once again. It is a cozy place in a quiet tropical neighborhood. We loved the pool and the short walk to Crrescent Beach. Mira and Deno are wonderful hosts.

I spent a month in this fabulous property. It was so comfortable it felt like I had lived there forever. Kitchen had everything I needed. Pool was great but it was just minutes from the beach and dock. Do yourselves a favour and book this property you will not be disappointed

Bathrooms were a little bit outdated and the main bed was a little uncomfortable, but maybe it is just us for us. It was not a deal-breaker and we fully enjoyed our stay. The place is generally great, and once some upgrades are done, it will be the most top notch spot for couples!

Location, spaciousness of the place and all utensils and equipment in the house works very well. Loved that we could access the beach via nearby property. The house itself is in a very nice quiet area that we loved.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to get through your stay. Beda were comfortable. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

It could have used some deep cleaning. Baseboards and tile and cabinets were a bit dirty. Also, the room was not ready upon arrival. The very nice cleaning lady explained that the other house she was cleaning was left a mess.

I liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful.

The house that shares the pool had 3 families in it, taking up all the parking spaces. They were at the pool day and night so not much chance of us getting out there. On the one evening we did go out there, they had left empty beer bottles, plates with food still on and rubbish everywhere!

The house was lovely, had everything in it that you could possibly need. The area felt safe at all times.
