The room that was given to us was the end room, near the door, the swimming pool, and the when you looked out the window we were facing a slab of concrete. The room had a damp mildewed smell that wouldn’t leave with the AC on. I reported to front desk staff they offered to give me another room on a different floor, which was not near the pool but also had a stale odor to it. They did offer to bring in a dehumidifier that ran continuously, it took the moisture out of the room and cleaned the air a bit.

The location was great, in the middle of everything. The pool area was nice and clean all the time. Most of the staff were nice and welcoming.

The outdoor pool was refreshing (it was 103 degrees) but it was small. The indoor pool area was much larger but was very hot. The workout room was adequate but it was a really small area. The hotel was clean but will need to be updated soon. We met up with other family members. We would have liked a bar area!! But we also needed a gathering area to play cards.

The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast provided was great with lots of variety for our family before we took off on our daily adventures. The front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selections could be better. First time we went it was great variety of selections each day now it's the same stuff every day.

No pets is posted every door at front desk but there were dogs there on the property and they were puppies and not service dogs, we were told no pets that is what we were told when called about dogs because we have emotional support dogs they said they were not allowed

The air conditioning in the big suite doesn’t get cold enough. Curtain hangs over air conditioner. There was a rip and hole in the curtain. There should be a ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Location on strip. The staff is wonderful. The hotel was very clean and I loved the jetted tub. I stay at this hotel just for the tub!

I booked 2 rooms. My room was great, very clean. Very comfortable, very cozy. However, the room I booked for my parents, it had a few issues. There was a stale smell in the room. The commode wouldn't flush, but we called maintenance, came down, and they fixed it, no problem. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower had very little water pressure. Despite the issue they still enjoyed their stay and we would recommend this hotel.

I loved the location. Me and the fam enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. The free hot breakfast was tasty. The staff was nice and very helpful in helping us book tickets for shows. My son loved the game room.

The breakfast could have been better. We only ate on site once due to the quality of the food. The biscuits were hard and chewy. That was pretty disappointing. As well as the heated pool indoors was not heated. Outside of the control of the hotel was the street noise from the motorcycles. We were pretty close to the street and it did keep my son awake; but that again is outside of the control of the hotel - wish we could have been a little further away from the road with having a young child, but it’s okay. Aside from those few things though, everything else was wonderful.

I really enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile on their faces. I am very pleased with my stay at this location. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

The WiFi was so slow that you couldn't even watch a you tube video or download a Netflix show to watch. There are cockroaches in this hotel. I seen a ton of babies around the ice machine. The beds were not comfortable at all and the roll away cot we had to buy was so broken down, we couldn't use it.

I liked that the pool was open until midnight. We also liked the location of the hotel, it's within walking distance of the faris wheel and Hollywood wax museum.
