The iron and ironing board was mounted on the wall outside of the bathroom too close to the bathroom door that I was hard to close enough to lock. Also the water in the bathroom was scalding hot which would be a safety issue with young kids. Not impressed with the free breakfast.

Was a good location for a stopover on our way to a cruise. Room was good for the value. Needs a bit of updating.

The room was generally clean, but tiny bugs were crawling on the hard surfaces. When the fan in the bathroom was not running, a strong smell of cigarettes (smoke free hotel) was present. They had breakfast but with no variety from day to day. There is no closet so minimal place to hang clothes, no safe and the microwave table did not go around. The bed was comfortable but VERY squeaky. We weren't in the room a lot, so the problems were annoying but not awful. This place has seen better days.

Check in was quick and efficient. The pool was nice and very clean. The room had a very large refrigerator which was helpful.

The first night we arrived, the room we started out in was bad. The electrical sockets did not work in the bathroom, the TV was not working and the drain from the bathtub was backing up. There was even a roach in the room.

I liked the location, the breakfast, and the space of the room. The staff was understanding and accommodating. The first room we were in was not good, but they put us in a different room, which was an upgrade to what we had before. Clearly there's an issue with the septic tank because of the smell from the toilet and shower.

A little musty smelling especially in the office eating areas.

Accommodation was clean and breakfast was good in variety. Air worked well. Shower was huge. Very quiet in our section in February even though there was a basketball team on the grounds.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of maintenance worked that needed to be done in the room. The sink was missing a drain, the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly, and the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. There was no toilet paper, no Kleenex, and very limited towels.

We had a just after midnight check in and the front desk agent was very pleasant at that hour.

Needs to be renovated, our alarm was on the floor , to was rusted out , tub was plastered together,etc.no sound proof at all . First night was nothing but slamming doors, yelling kids .

It wasn’t particularly clean, especially the bathroom. The bedding was old and stained. They didn’t provide toiletries, only conditioner, no washcloths. It felt cheap. Walls beat up, faceplates the wrong size, alarm clock with no outlet to plug it into. The whole place looked like a property that was very run down and then very cheaply flipped.

The mattress was in good condition. There are some nicer features, but it felt like a cheap flip. The fridge was a good size. The employees were friendly.

Sign was hard to see due to trees. One room key wouldn't work half the time. TV in one room wouldn't work, replaced, still wouldn't work. A/c vent in one room was nasty. When we returned keys to check out, the guy said ok you're done. No smile, no thank you for staying with us, nothing. Won't stay there again.

Rented 3 rooms, we were all together. Cleaning people were nice and always smiling.

The facilities were very old and dated the doors shut very secure however they had gaps to where you could kind of see the daylight through the bathtub was really old and cracked. However, the shower worked well and the water was hot.

The staff was great. The location was wonderful. The hotel was very clean no bugs just a few ants . The price was good however it's very dated an old. It did look like they were in the process of updating though.

The TV did not work. The Staff replaced it at 10PM. The software had to download which took so long I went to bed. The bed was the squeakiest piece of furniture I'd ever slept on. Thank goodness the mattress was firm and to my liking. I had to lay perfectly still to avoid the noise of the bed to wake me up.
