Super location - especially for trips to the Everglades or to the Keys. Friendly, helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Very much appreciated the pool to cool off after a busy day of Everglades activities. As an aside, the cinema in Homestead (Showbiz) is absolutely great - big choice of movies, reclining seats and delicious milkshakes! We'd recommend a trip!

The only issue was the breakfast lady NOT JOYCE. Joyce was amazing, polite and meet her expectations for the hotel. The other lady with the ear piece was rude . Did'nt make breakfast enjoyable. I watch her one Wednesday when a little girl ask her something about the waffle maker and she had one BIG attitude, walked around with her face frowned up, when ask questions she ignored or short answered. literally was slamming the equipment from the waffler maker all the way down to the end of the food. She should not be working around guest. Whatever she was mad about wasn't serious to come to work and take it out on people. Nasty worker. Also June , wasn't welcoming. She wasn't mean neither but just answered everything with a BLAHHH.

Room was cleaned and serviced daily.Breakfast food was great. Both Night auditors was amazing. All cleaning staff and Fernando was pleasant. Love how they work as a team to make sure the guest is comfortable. The pool was good as well. I wanted to stay a few more days but we just headed to Uptown suites after the breakfast lady had bad service the second time (Not Joyce) can't trust her making food. Shey the only reason we won't be staying again.

Manager on duty at desk as always being as difficult as possible male Indian gentleman’ all othe desk reception people were fine including cleaning staff who are very polite and helpful

I have stayed at this hotel many time but always seem to have a problem with your front desk check in manage I don’t know his name but he is from India, he just seems to want to make things extremely difficult I have no problems with any one else I was in room 122 with queen or double bed on ground floor I decided to stay another few nights and booked and payed for it on the first day I was staying there I requested to stay in same room 122 pool view when I booked it , but when I went to desk the following morning I new I was going to have problems when I seen who was working the desk same Indian gentleman manager he told me I could not stay in same room even thow I had booked and payed for it the day before and requested to stay in same room 122 he told me that room had already been booked and the only room he could give me was upstairs on second floor I would have to re pack all my cloths and carry suitcase and two large bags upstairs , what I don’t understand is I did not think when you book a stay in the best Weston florid city you could specify a certain room as I have tried many times to do that I’ve been told I cannot I will be told which room I guess when I booking at the hotel I can request it but not be guaranteed, so how was the room already booked up? When I rebooked the room the same day I moved it for some extra days, I canceled my booking moved to the quality inn across the street and current nice room ground floor with a pool view at least now I know when I’m booking the room on the Internet that I can specify a room number because that is what I was told had been done to the room I was already staying in it seems man nothing I stay in the same hotel every weekend that I visit floria city ‘ would you please get back to me via phone please I would just like it explained so I can understand that I can not specify a certain room, but I’m told I have to move out of my room because somebody else had managed to specify that room I was staying in Keith

The toilet in our room had a very weak flush and was easily clogged.

The property was located central to the Everglades and Key Largo. very easy commute to both places. The pool and pool area was very nice.

Wish you had a couch/love seat to sit on. We could hear the people really easily with the connecting door inside the rooms.

Location of hotel was great. It was nice to have two sets of sinks. The room was pretty big room. Very clean. Rooms and nice property. Having cable tv was nice.

Everything was going well but, there’s always a but. There were toe nail clippings on the floor & nobody in my family cut their nails nor did we have the tools for clipping of the nails.

Breakfast area is a bit small and finding a spot during. Peak time was a challenge

Located next to lot of restaurants, easily accessible. Breakfast was nice with multiple options. Staff ensured food never ran out. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking slots. Overall had a good stay and will book again when in this area.

The kitchen staff needs to keep the dining area clean.

The breakfast was fine but would have been better with more variety of food. One very important thing to mention. The kitchen staff needs to be though Cleanliness is important. I witness a staff uses a cleaning cloth to clean the countertop and then use the same cloth to clean the waffle maker. That was very unsanitary.
