Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Shower pressure not great and took at least 2 minutes for it to get hot. Door to room didn't feel very secure. Breakfast - small selection but staff very good & attentive.
Location great for access to Yosemite.

Breakfast was ok. The hot food was limited.
Comfortable and clean. Staff was busy for thanksgiving crowd but we're still polite and curteous.

The place has a restaurant with a bar ,was told at reception has the best selection of whisky. Yet when we went to try and have a drink it was full. Not allowed to have a drink on its own.

Everything about it was old. Well cared for, but old and dated. All the decor, the structures, everything. Might be nice to update things.
I liked the secluded feel of the property even though you were off a main road. It was quiet and the restaurant was popular and had great food!

Carpets should be exchanged to hardwood floor that would be much more hygienic. Shower heads to be replaced for better pressure. In general a bit outdated Expensive for this kind of facility

Our room was right on the freeway. We would have enjoyed being away from the road noise. The indoor pool was NOT heated. Housekeeping only came once and emptied trash and left towels.

Very poor breakfast and Noisy low floor spilt Air Condition besides the bed. Carpet floor was creating bad odor and heat inside the room. There was a sleep disturbance due to noise when people walking upstairs. My family did not come for breakfast on the second day and therefore we checked out the hotel without taking breakfast.

Lack of cleanliness, and room was not very nice and comfortable. Old and rusty, could use a good renovation. Breakfast buffet was provided but really not good: over-cooked and dry scrambled eggs, lack of choice, lack of taste, bad coffee. Why is it so difficult to offer a good breakfast buffet?
Warm and friendly welcome, staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel is nicely located a few miles away from Yosemite south entrance. Easy parking, several food and shopping options around. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a spa: very nice!

Price point a bit steep for outdated rooms etc.

Room was a bit smelly. Hotel is still 1 hour 15 minutes from yosemite
It was hillbilly service all the way. Thus authentic. One morning the scrambled egg was heaved by hand on the guests plates (one way gloves, thankfully). The internet was perfect in our room.

Probably the most overpriced hotel vs quality I have ever stayed in. Obviously it makes sense to them as the hotel capacity is somewhat limited in the area but this is more like a motel with low quality breakfast, old rooms and uncomfortable beds.
