Couldn't get up in time for the breakfast but that wasn't their fault. The bed was very comfortable and that's important to me. Also, it was very conveniently located - right by I-40 and a quick 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville.

There was black mold in the bathroom and a faint smoke smell. There was white dust on the bedside stand and rug. The breakfast was very limited. We were disappointed since other BW Plus facilities were stayed in on this trip were very nice.

The temperature in the pool area and water temp in the pool could be warmer. I had small child and made difficult for them since it was chilly. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked hotel

There was a considerable amount of black mold in the bathroom light over the mirror. I have a picture which I did not share online. In fact this black mold set off a mold allergy I have.

Location was great and the person doing breakfast seemed to take great care and pride in his job. Keep that fella if you can.

I was charged my original $154 for the night and also had two other charges of $204 . When I called they just said it should fall off in a couple days. That's over $550 for one night. I do not see the purpose of the two other $204 charges. One did drop off and the other didn't as of 5 days later. I think you should let people know they are going to have all these other holds. We were going to stop there again on the way back from Myrtle Beach on the way home since it's half way, not now.

the spa became closed a few days before I arrived do to low water and that was the only reason I stayed so far from down down was the spa. Staff did not offer refund or partial credit even after I told her that was the only reason I had picked that particular hotel. I slept just a few hours after the bar scene till around 11 pm and got up around 2 showered and left for home Needless to say knoxville has been taken off my bucket list

Hotel is a little older and needs updating. Rooms were not well vacuumed. There was dust and debris in corners of rooms making me question the cleaning process of the rest of room,
