Likely due to it being an older, repurposed building, but the first floor area with the lobby, elevator bank, restaurant, etc., is a bit awkward in layout

My mistake that I thought the location was better for getting to the lake side center, but great location for doing things downtown around the loop.

Big and clean room. The amount of towels was changed after we asked once for it - I had worse experiences in more expensive places. Would stay there again.

The proximity to where we were going to need to go was great but the area around the hotel was not what was expected. I understand it's Chicago and there are worse areas and we didn't have any issues at all while we went walking to food and shop but it was just not the best.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful but the staff made the entire experience so much better.

The room was excellent except the mosquito dead on my bathroom, I expect the cleaning lady will get it but during my four day stay mosquito stay on the floor :)

The hotel is located in a convenient place and it is easily accessible by Blue Line. It takes only 3-4 minutes to get from the station to the hotel. The cafe next to the hotel is very good for breakfast as the hotel does not have a breakfast facility. The hotel offers free water, coffee and tea next to the reception, which is quite good. There is a CVS, Starbucks and several other cafes within walking distance.

Nothing, everything met my expectations.

I went to Chicago for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the Jackson subway stop. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, finding dining options was very easy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable bed for a restful stay. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience and were always ready to assist when needed. My flight was at night, and it was very convenient that I could leave my suitcases at the hotel for free after checking out in the morning. The complimentary internet worked smoothly, allowing me to hold a videoconference with three participants without any issues. Mornings started on a good note with free coffee available in the lobby, a thoughtful touch.

It could be noisy sometimes due to the thoroughfare left and right. Hot water kettles in the room would be very nice. And I guess for people having business downtown the location is a bit off.
