There wasn’t any hotel-specific parking that doesn’t require valet.

We went out every morning for the day. We came back to the room around 16h to refresh ourselves for dinner. The room wasn't done most of the time. Would have appreciated the cleaning team to come earlier.

Great place, very nice and clean. The room was very big with a sofa and a very nice view. A big bathroom as well with two sinks and nice counter space.

The light in the bathroom was inadequate. Just a light around the mirror that wasn't bright enough.

There was only one issue and that was the parking fee situation was not made clear a month. I booked the hotel through Booking.com, but their site didn’t include parking specifics, so I called the hotel. I do not remember the name of the gentleman, but I thought he was explained to me that we could park the car there and would only get charged $60 if we “used” the car each day - he said it was a “valet service charge”. I told him we were not planning on driving at all while there, so I thought that was ok as I was more concerned about keeping our car in a safe place while there. However, at check in, we were informed that there would be a $180 charge to just park. I understand, considering it was a service, but that was a lot of money for us.

The hotel was perfect! Great service from everyone we saw, the facilities were very clean and beautiful, and the location was great for all of our sightseeing activities! After a long day, it was wonderful to come back to!

Staff were very friendly and provided precise information. The hotel is well located, close to public transport. We like to walk, and took nice 20-30 minute walks to key attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had nice, modern features. We’d come back.

You can hear all of the noise from the street from your bedroom and during the night sometimes he can be noisy.

We loved the place, the staff are really welcoming. The room is cleaned, and they clean your room every day. The beds are comfortable. The Meli cafe is really good for breakfast. The hotel is really well situated. The kids received a little gift when we arrived.

If your room faces Dearborn Street, it can be a bit noisy from traffic and sirens. Property is at the edge of the nice area and a couple blocks the wrong way and- it’s “the wrong way”. Minor, but the address takes you to the corner with the attached cafe- just a heads up that the hotel entrance is further down.

Staff were kind, eager to help and always willing to offer advice on places to eat. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to plenty of food options, 1-3 blocks of a couple convenience stores. Walking distance to major attractions- though it’s a bit of a walk. Happy to be away from the main loop as we were here right at the start of the convention. It can get a bit busy over there. Meli cafe, right next door, is wonderful!

Water is only available certain hours of the day. The associate at check in said we couldn’t check in with one credit card and finalize the payment on another, so we had to wait over an hour to check in.

Large comfortable room, high ceilings, lots of space, and close to the trains. Very accessible to many places we wanted to go. Comfortable bed. Very clean.

No directory in the room. The one time I attempted to call the front desk and room service, no answer for either call.
