Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesFree breakfast was a bad joke. We came at 7:45 while the breakfast time is between 6 and 9. Juices out of order, empty bottles of milk and sorry we are out of milk, coffee machine did not work, no boiling water, waffle dough is over and sorry we are out of dough. Eggs are over and let us bring more. So we ended up with yogurt and toasted bread. Nothing to drink! This is first time we eat free breakfast like that. Also, 27-30 inches TV was on top of the closet in the corner of the room, so hard to watch from a distance.

United StatesOn day 3 of 5 I accumulated trash, I bagged it all up and set it outside my door around 10am. The front desk calls my room at 6 at night and ask me to take the trash back in the room and housekeeping will get it tomorrow or the day after. Like, why couldn’t you just get it? Then I thought it was weird that the washer and dryer is located in the lobby where breakfast is. One guy at the front desk barely spoke English but the worst part is, it’s a decent hotel for a great price but a $250 deposit is freakin crazy. I’m use to paying $100 or less. I felt like I was at a high end hotel or something paying that much.
The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers were nice when I’m finally met them my 4th out of 5 days

United StatesRooms were a bit barren. Bathroom extractor fan was worn out and so loud I didn't want to turn on the light in there as it was like standing by a revving truck. Coffee one-cup brewing machine in room lacked the coffee "drawer" where the hot water is supposed to drip through, so it was useless even though coffee bag was provided. I do like to be able to make coffee in the room in the morning, so this was disappointing to me. I went downstairs in my PJ's to get my coffee fix. No printed receipt was offered upon checkout by the brusque staff lady manning the front desk in the morning.
Good place to stop overnight by interstate if you are on the road. Sometimes you are glad to crash somewhere if you arrive late at night. Nice to have breakfast included in the price, especially the fruit basket. Not much protein available, mostly carbs. Coffee machine in breakfast area was good (unlike the one in the room)...you can make Americano. Microwave was provided in breakfast area so you can heat up your own food if you want something other than white toast or bagels and packets of instant oatmeal. I brought my own frozen breakfast burrito from a store, so I was satisfied.

United StatesWe decided to checkout one day early, no refund due to booking through booking.com. When the morning shift worker realized this she told us we needed to be out by 11am that day for housekeeping so they can get our room turned for the next person. Yet we were paying for the room still for that night so we felt we should have been allowed to leave at any given time and not be rushed out of there so the business could make double profit on that room.
We really enjoyed the afternoon/evening staff. She was a blonde haired lady who had such a great personality and was very eager to help make us feel comfortable. We also enjoyed the room layout for our family of 5 being in 1 room.

United StatesThe tv in the room is in awkward position atop the closet / dresser . The bed was really not comfortable at all. That and the placing of the fridge on top of the ac so close to the bed and made a hissing and clunk sound all night . I ended up unplugging it and sleeping on the floor
