United StatesI don't know where to start. The owners were working the desk, we had premission to check in at 2pm. We arrived and asked to check in at 2:53pm, we were told we had to wait til 3pm. It took an hour to check in because owner had no clue what they were doing. Finally get key and go to room, someone was already in that room. Go back and the english speaking desk help had arrived and helped. Given key to new room, and key didn't work. I had paid for 3 rooms, they were not close together llike it was suppose to be. And rooms were all mixed up. The pool was gross and green. The smell of pot was all through the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. The bisquits were hard as a rock, everything else was cold. When a pair of airbuds were missing after room was cleaned. Head house keeper went out of her way to help locate. The maid that cleaned the room was verbally abusive to me and her boss. She refused for her purse or cart to be searched. They have people living at this place and are sketchy at best. Do not stay here!

United Statesit has absolutely gone down hill it’s smells like a junkie hotel it stinks like weed and smoke mixed with a spca center smells like 200 cats live in the first floor they complain they have no towels after taking your dirty towels and then the complain saying they only put one round of breakfast out and that’s it. someone really need to shut it down the pool tiles also are falling off inside the pool and the latter broke it cut my kids hand. all they did was shut it down for mid day just to open it back up

This place is dirty and we felt unsafe. We left after staying there for only one night. We were told by the morning staff (after voicing our concerns to the evening staff) that if we checked out by 11:30 am we would not be charged for the 2nd and 3rd day. We were charged for the whole stay. The room was filthy. There are homeless people loitering at the back door. The extra bedding smelled like wet dog, the room smelled terrible as well. When we asked for new bedding we were given blankets full of cigarette holes. I still have yet to hear from management but they so kindly (sarcasm) refused to refund me. Stay away from this place.
