I booked a deluxe suite and paid for that room and they put me in a room 100 square feet less and that was a king suite

I liked the hotel and the room was quite and comfortable.

Smoking around the entry and exits as it made the areas stink.

Breakfast was ok but the area was dominated by the people residing in the hotel full time

Cleanliness was not up to par. We stayed in king room with hot tub. Floor turned my socks gray. Vents for hot tub and bathroom were old,rusty and dirty. Microwave burned the cups they gave for our coffee. No ceramic cups were available.

All the staff worked together. There was no " this isn't my job, let me go find someone that can help. Everyone was Johnny on the spot.

The manager was rude, would not give any accommodation, told us that they didn’t do birthday parties, yet I called and asked prior to booking, they knew it was for a birthday party. Yelled at me for having our kids in the room, yelled at us for having a birthday party planned there, and sent my guest away. Horrible place.. the female, manager was rude, in appropriate, and had no guest service experience.

I didn’t enjoy the human hair left in all over the shower after paying $150+ or the towels having gunk on them from previous users or the stained chairs or the “soundproof” room I heard a barking dog through for 5 hours straight I also didn’t enjoy the broken toilet. I have never once left a negative review for anything, ever - this is a first

Clean and easy to get around as I am legally blind. They knew this and made sure I was safe.

It was a busy weekend and they handled it like pros. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was polite and efficient.

The room was very hot when we arrived and it took over 2 hours to cool the whole room down because the room is larger than most. It was so hot over by the bed. The bed sheets were not king size sheets.. The hot tub was filthy. Had to go downstairs and ask for cleaning products and scrubbing pads. Then after flushing the tub 5 times the water came out brown. Very disappointed to say the least. The toilet wad backed up and dirty. Had to go downstairs and ask for a plunger. There was human hair on the bath floor and tubs.. The carpet was was not fully vacuumed. We moved an ottoman to sit and found garbage under it..and red stains.. Please refund us to a reasonable price. Thanks

I was harassed and felt violated and scared . nothing was done about this man following me , knocking on my door trying to get in he even slept outside my door . I called down to front desk twice about the drunk man in the hall and nothing was done and when I went to talk to the manger (TIM) later in the morning her told me , it was out of his control and “Are you checking out ? let me know when your checking out “ …

Hot tub wasn't clean, bed was hard as a rock, vent above hot tub was full of debris/dust, jets in hot tub didn't work, hall ways were disgusting (floors)

Right off the interstate, we were able to check in a couple hours early to leave our luggage, cordial people at the desk, great nights sleep, very comfortable beds. Plenty to choose from at breakfast time. Great value for the $.
