Toaster didn't work, small TV. ,no elevator, slept on top of bed, hair on the sheets. Just needs some updating.

Sofa too low, plastic, not comfortable. 3rd floor too much for seniors. Should have asked for 1st floor.

The young kid was very nice. The older man that took the payment was brusque. I was only aware I needed the payment and photo ID. He wanted the card I used for down payment. I didn't bring it. It was my husband's.

Cushions for outside chairs to elevate and comfort. Toaster did not work. MORE IMPORTANTLY - I had to call 911 for 201. Please post a large laminated visual on back of the door the physical address for vacationers. All I could tell 911 was Boardwalk Terrace and they insisted I provide an address.

The ocean view was beautiful. The room was cozy and was a decent price.

It doesn’t have a pool, my kids lo the water and we usually go to the beach and right after we hang out in the pool when we go to ocean city, every year we rent an apartment for a week and this year I thought I’d give this place a Tri bu I never realized it didn’t have a pool, or WiFi 🫤. I called the office to ask about WiFi or a pool and the lady said we don’t advertise a pool or WiFi, we have the biggest pool we can have, the ocean and laughed like it was a fun joke. In all the other places you get linens and towels and at least a roll of toilet paper per day, dish soap and a sponge but this one you had to bring everything in. I think for the price we paid it should have a at least the basics. And a better customer service.

We love the view and location. It was very clean and comfortable for my family, it was big and everyone was very happy with the 2 full bathrooms and huge space we had.

The furniture was old fashion but served it's purpose . And the stairs but there's nothing you can do about that. If your an older person make sure you can handle the stairs

I loved the location. I have never seen a place as clean as this. Being an older place you would think we were the first ones ever in there ,not a speck of dirt or a grain of sand I don't know how they get it so clean I was amazed. The AC worked very well . Loved the balcony witch also was so clean never saw a bug anywhere

Couch was so uncomfortable, even to just sit on it. Toilet was way too low to the ground. I have a handicap involving one of my legs. The place was not handicap friendly in anyway.

Location wasn’t bad. Staff was wonderful and listen and addressed issue.

The location was fantastic. We liked being next to a pizza place. The owners were very friendly and tolerant of my mishap. (forgot to text him we were 20 min away. It didn't take him long to show up tho. ) The place was quiet and that's something we like to see.

Only one thing we waited a little bit too get the keys. But wasn't anything major.

The location of the place was step's away from all the main attractions. Such as the boardwalk and beach. Parking was great, right in front of the place. And with having 2 young kids 6 and 4 night time's where quite. The fact that our dog was able to accompany us was a bonus.

The guy the walk us to the unit seens very rude like if got too much work, but is not pur fault. He thretened us if we loose a simple key it was gonna be an extra $80. Everything else was fine.

So many steps! A lot of things seemed old and outdated. There was a door that kept slamming all night. Some things looked or were not the cleanest. It was a bit expensive seeing that there was no pool attached to the stay. You also had to bring your own towels and wash clothes which I found weird. Also the pillows where stained.

Locating was amazing! Right on the boardwalk, close to everything! Great parking as well!

The multiple sets of stairs to go up and down everytime you came and left. Made it difficult with taking luggage, groceries or anything else you wanted in your apartment and kids coming and going and hauling stuff up to your apartment. There's no central air, only a standard basic air conditioner in the living room and one in the bedroom window. The hot water tank doesn't stay hot long because there's 5 apartments using water off all one tank. You get in first thing in the a.m the hot water lasts maybe 5 mins before starts going cold. Mid day lasts longer and then evenings it's back down to minimal hot water making it difficult to shower/bath especially when you are there with more then one person to power clean and get out before it goes cold. There's parking for 5 cars whicu 1 is for each apartment squeezed in with another hotels spots directly behind this places spaces they are diagonal spaces, you barely can fit a standard car down the isle between both sides of parked cars. You about take cars out trying to park anything. Getting jn and out is beyond insane, I've never seen parking so bad and hard to turn a basic car into a spot without worrying about hitting the cars parked directly behind uour spot or when you back out without hitting cars.

Location being on boardwalk and access right out the door around the corner and your literally on the boardwalk and beach.

Of course this is an opinion and it didn’t matter as we only spent the night in the room but the couch wasn’t the comfiest but for 30 minutes of sitting it’s nothing to scoff over, the bed was comfortable and the shower was finicky but a little to the right worked perfect for the few nights.

Location was great right off the boardwalk. Good breakfast places and bars in close walking distance. Beach was very close, Elio let us get into our room early and showed us all of the parking and was very accommodating! 24hr parking right out front and we got lucky enough to park and stay there and walk to our destinations. 10/10 trip
