Loud noises outside. Toilet was leaking. Walls and floors were dirty. Toilet paper roll was almost empty. Window screen was broken. Chair upholstery was torn.

Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping.

Walls are dirty, no shampoo for Shower, we were 4 in the room and there was only one towel, no safety lock on door and you have to push strong to make sure it closes, didn’t feel safe

I don't like to give bad reviews. This is just an observation. The sheets and pillows did have small stains in random spots. The wall next to the tv stand had some stains like if someone spilled a drink and it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom was clean for the most part. The bath tiles just looked in random spots as if it had scum. The TV antenna kept cutting off.

Checking in was not difficult and the front staff was extremely nice & helpful. The property had convenient parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a pool and it looked clean. The beds were comfortable.

I asked for a non-smoking room. The room reaked of smoke. And the floors were dirty I COULD NOT GET WI-FI FOR 2 DAYS .The sliding door would not lock. We were on the second floor but my husband used a chair to try to secure the door..

Outdated and ended up finding bed bugs. We stayed and didnt complaining because we were tired and sidnt have the energy to complain and go somewhere else

Wasn’t as advertised room had a goodwill smell hole in the wall. Light fixtures and plugs not working and no fridge in the room. Parking was limited and no breakfast available like stated

It’s a little outdated. From the building to the rooms. Walking into the room it was decent for the money. But the door lock was broken. The fridge was dirty. Towels were dirty as well. Not to mention that the shower curtain was Christmas themed and was very dirty as well. Floors weren’t clean.

Place was cheap. Looking for a budget stay.

the TV channel options are not inclusive or interesting, there needs to be more relatable tv channels, the pool can be better maintained, the hot tub did not get hot

great for someone who does not have a car and needs to travel to downtown, or wants access to many great food options a short walk away, just right across the street the staff is amazing and accommodating, they were really kind and nice people, the view is amazing the hotel has a very good location.

Room was tiny, sink was clogged, call the front desk no answer, room was stuffy, online said breakfast but when we do down to breakfast area, it was closed for good. :-(
