United StatesBeing right on the street of a major avenue and Denver's, love to use their sirens. Anytime they pulled out of the station, it was a little noisy, although I was not kept up all night with sound. I found it very easy to work, and do meetings from the room all day.
This place was all about the location and price. We had a need to be at the university and I wanted my kid to be able to come and go freely and check out various parts of university for a couple days while I sat in the room and worked. The Wi-Fi was good. Coffee and hot water available all day in the office and a short walk from all sorts of food and drink.

United StatesI was overcharged by the hotel. I called the hotel to alert them to the mistake and was asked if I booked the room on Booking.com. When I responded yes, I was told I needed to contact them. I said they wouldn't be the ones to issue a credit and was told the manager would call me back. I never received a call and had to dispute the charges. I confirmed the amount upon check out as well as the fact I would get the final bill via email which never happened.
The staff was friendly upon arrival and during our stay. The property is very conveniently located to CU Boulder and an easy drive to Denver.

Recommend that every shift the staff hands off with a written sheet or log stating each room guest request stating the issues and needs to the next day opening manager. This would help them fix the redundancy and also replenish the supplies, which include toiletries, snacks, and water. Daily Room cleaning: The property does not offer room cleaning service and again they do not communicate at the time of check-in. My room was not cleaned during my stay which I came to know about this policy. However, the Manager on site (she) personally came to my room and replenished me with fresh towels. Thank you, Paramita
This was a continued stay at the property visiting Boulder. I was moved to the upstairs 2nd-floor corner room 218 after facing hiccups the first night at the property. What I liked was Nan immediately accommodated the change the following day morning even though there was no communication from the prior night. The property is safe and secured and recommended for students and traveling guests. The room came with a view of the track field, and privacy and was well-cleaned. United StatesThe room offered did not have much privacy. When the windows were opened, it did have the swimming pool view which was not working and had the nonstop noise of the traffic. Requested the manager Sergii on site for a better room, however, he was not too polite and mentioned that this was the only option and that I should be happy that I have a room. How can I not be offered a room with a full payment plan staying at the property for 3 nights, 4 days? In addition, he asked for payment without checking that it was paid out. I politely and laughingly accepted the room with the option that the next day a nice room would be offered. Important to note: the bathroom did not have a hot shower which is needed after flights, and had very cold water only which again, I accepted! The staff did not make the effort the next day to communicate with the front desk with the room change and I personally had to request again which they did to the room that was promised by Sergii offered by Nan). United StatesHousekeeping had not refilled soap or shampoo dispensers. No ice bucket in the room. Pillows were old and flat. Front desk was slow to respond to all of the above, though additional pillows were nice and puffy.

United KingdomI had not realised it is a motel. no guest facilities, no breakfast or lounge. It is also right on a main road so traffic noise in the morning (but not during the night). The heater was temperamental and did not seem to be working properly. I don't think they offered to do house keeping in the day - nobody knocked or offered.
Very good location, ten minutes walk from main streets downtown, and short walk to the unviersity. The room was comfy but small.
