While other lodging areas may have been updated, our room was dated and carpet extremely old and very stained. Sink and bathtub dated, shower flow not great.
There was a lot you could do and location was great.

A little far out of town during busy time like spring break. Traffic is what made it more of a drive. Sunday and Monday the drive wasn’t as bad as most people had left and went back home from vacation.
We loved everything and can’t wait to come back and maybe the indoor water park will be complete. Having the food places and the mini golf and arcade was extremely nice for us because we have children. As well as the paddle boats and the other non motorized vehicles were a plus.

The beds in the rooms need replacing. They aren’t comfortable at all. There aren’t any swings or anything for small babies, so we had to hold our youngest.
I loved the amenities and the location. We loved the mini golf course, used it a few times. The playground is small but our kids enjoyed it. The 2 bedroom condo was great. It could get a little stagnant and stuffy inside during the day, but opening the screen door and the front door for a breeze fixed it quickly.

The ice machine did not work, the hot water situation--never enough, and when are you going to get the indoor pool done?
We had 5 adults and 1 child and we loved: everyone had a bedroom, very comfortable beds, very open, beautiful views, and loved being able to stay in 1 place

water didn't stay hot in the shower. It took a while to figure out how to get the TV to work remote didn't work well.

The shower water pressure could have been better. Actually getting to take a hot or even warm shower would have been nice. There wasn't ever any hot water for showers/baths.
Good location. Right next to everything we wanted to explore. Food was excellent. Plenty of amenities at the resort.

You could hear the people above! You could hear them walking, a child running till 1am, and all toilets, shower, or bath running
Loved the area and location. The room was clean and had everything we needed! The front desk lady was so sweet and even came back to help us with our room key after 10 pm.

Had issues with our keys. Two years ago we had issues with our lock, back when all the rooms were freezing up. Please stop advertising about the indoor waterpark that is going nowhere. I did a timeshare presentation 2 years ago and they showed it to me then. It is no nearer to completion. The lodging is pricey enough, I can't imagine how the prices are going to continue going up to pay for that eyesore. It's disingenuous to let guests and potential timeshare buyers believe that amenity is going anywhere.
Staff were very good. Jay fixed our fireplace, thank you. Clean and comfortable. Santa and the cocoa was really nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely need more kitchen supplies we had to go buy stuff to cook in because not enough of anything.
The bed was comfortable, and my child loved the shower it was so easy for him to walk in, the bouncy houses and the arcade was great.

Not enough hot water to even half fill the jacuzzi tub. This is why I booked this room!!! Next day same thing. Did not want to move all my stuff. If you have a jacuzzi room you should have the hot water to at least fill half the tub. You have to fill over the jets!!!;

Would have liked there to be paper towels in the condos. No indoor pool but the new indoor Waterpark is, almost done so next time we visit the kids can swim. Would not affect my rating of our stay at all.
Liked the lodging and size of rooms. Fit 17 people very well. We had ground level rooms right next to each other which was great. Close to everything we needed. Also was very happy they had the rooms ready for us earlier than the normal check in time. That was great as we came Christmas eve.
