Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Everything was great
Nice, nice, nice. The woman who greeted us was very nice. I made a mistake and booked one night instead of 2 at the mobile price and she gave us the 2nd night for the mobile price. Also she had a good singing voice. We were in the breakfast room and she came to refill things and she would sing this little song to herself. She was delightful. The room was very clean. I liked that they had a 2 door tall cabinet to put things in and a cubical on each side of the bed. It was very convenient and easier than having to double check drawers when we packed up to leave. The room was also minimal stylish. You would have thought you were at a more expensive hotel room and I loved that it didn't have carpet the flooring added to the cleanliness appearance. I would recommend this place to anyone. BTW it's a non-smoking place. We didn't have to smell cigarette lingering and the smell of cheap nasty weed

one of family member rooms had air conditioning issues. But it was overall a good stay.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that there was a Bible in the room. They let us use the breakfast room in the evening to play games with family.

Absolutely nothing!
WOW! Seven Gables has to be one of the top places we have stayed over the years. The room exceeded what the pictures showed. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helped us to find the shows and attractions we wanted to do and then directed to where we should go to save money on the tickets. We were impressed with the breakfast and the quality along with the price of the room. Thank you for being a part of a wonderful visit to Branson.

The beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you. I'm sorry about the frown face. I didn't mean to do it. Now it won't let me change it. Everything was exceptionally awesome. I would stay again. Question: Do you have a guess washer and dryer?

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are clean, the staff is great, and the owner is a ray of sunshine. Also, they have a full breakfast that is incredible. I will never stay anywhere else when we visit!

The location of Seven Gables Inn was perfect - accessible to all nearby attractions. Just a block off the main road. Breakfast was solid. Very clean room and I appreciated that they cleaned our room each day. Loved that we were able to park right outside our room (we went during off season). Friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, comfortable room with breakfast included at an affordable price!

The room was pretty small and plain. But it was very cheap compared to bigger hotels. It was very clean but the room smelled like bleach. I would bring an air freshener or something to mask the bleach smell.
It was very clean and cheap. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out we’re super quick and easy. Key cards were very easy to use.

There really wasn't anything that I was terribly unsatisfied with.
Everything at 7 Gables Inn was fantastic. Each member of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms had been recently renovated with some more modern furnishings.The breakfast had plenty of options for every member of my family to choose from and have plenty to eat.
