United StatesThe walls were thin and I could hear people going in and out of their rooms and when they would flush the toilet and shower. The breakfast room was very small and crowded and not enough seating for my group of 5. Also there was no peep hole in the door. If someone knocked on the door there is no was to see who is there before answering the door. For safety reasons they should install peep holes on all doors.
Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Although the buildings are older, the rooms have been completely remodeled. It was extremely clean with new beds and furniture, too. The staff was very courteous. We had to have a few extra pillows in the late of night and they ran them right to us.

United StatesI am use to a fan which there were none and they didn't give you much soap to shower with. They did give a bath gel but it wasn't very good. There wasn't any grab bar for getting in and out of the shower.

United StatesTo be clear, we loved all of it. These are the two "could be inconveniences" for someone, but nothing that I would say should make someone want to go elsewhere. 1) Some parking is on a hill, which could make it difficult for someone who uses a walker or wheelchair, even on a flat surface. We have arthritis and asked for a flat surface/parking lot and they were happy to oblige. Just ask! 2) If you're in the back building, it's about a half block walk to the breakfast area. If you want to be closer to that area, you might want to request a room in the front building. Neither of these are deal breakers in my opinion. They were great about accommodating us. Just let them know!
This will be our go-to from now on! We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely clean. It had wood floor so no carpet to carry germs. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was as good as any breakfast we have had anywhere. It was especially quiet. (We were in the back building a way off the road.) The staff obviously take pride in what they do. The locks were deadbolts and very secure. As a woman, I would feel safe staying here by myself. Fir ground floor, the parking is right by the doors. This is great because we didn't have to carry our stuff a long way. We were so pleased by the value. More prohibitive motel/hotel costs have made us not be able to travel as often so we really appreciate there is still a nice and comfortable motel/hotel that is affordable. Thank you!!!
