Some lights were out, and the pool, even though it was very clean and awesome, was a bit small haha but fun
It was well placed! Very busy but the staff was very helpful for anything we asked for! The way it’s set up for camping can grill on one of their girls every night! Heck with Burger King

It could use some updating but was very clean for being older
Room was very clean. I could smell the freshness when I walked in. Housekeeping came in and tidied up. Grounds were clean also.

The breakfast options are limited but it was complimentary, so I really cannot complain.
The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The facilities were also very clean. Just like the pictures online displayed, I knew what to expect.

The hot and cold on the shower were turned around. Hot was cold and cold was hot. The washcloths were not in the bathroom and were outside the bathroom. I didn't notice this until I was already in the shower and had to use a towel as a washcloth. That was inconvenient
The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

I stated in the reservation that we would be checking in late, however once we got there we had to wait on the attendant to come to office. Also he informed me that they didn't have our reservation because an attendant had tried to contact us but I don't answer unknown numbers and also we had limited cell service on way to location. But he did eventual;ly get the room straightened out for us, with no issues.
We didn't eat breakfast because we were in a hurry each morning we were there. We were told it was on the other side of the location from where we checked in.

Everything was perfect. Clean, presentable, and beds were comfortable besides the fact that they were super bouncy. Pool area was clean and safe also.

We were checked into a room that I found out next day was not supposed to be rented. There was an mirror standing in the room and a big bag of blankets. Afte these things removed the next morning the room was fine.
We did not have the breakfast.

My car being damaged at there hotel and them not helping me . Both nights of our stay my car was damaged, the 1st night the driver door was damaged, they reviewed the camera footage and said they seen nothing. The next night the entire drivers side was badly damaged. They said that we needed to file it on our insurance, there was nothing they could do.
The room was very good, all except for 1front desk clerk the staff was all great. We met 2 front desk clerks. The morning clerk was great. The lady overseeing the breakfast was great and the owner was great.

The toilet seat was unusually small, and there was really low variety of warm breakfast options. No sausage, French toast, ect.

The pool is seasonal. I wish they had an indoor pool or hot tub for winter months.
The location was perfect. It wasn’t directly on the strip but very close to any thing you wanted to do. It was so much easier to get in and out of this hotel versus being on the strip. The older lady who is in charge of breakfast was very friendly.
