The one staff I talked to was not the friendliest, and there was too much light that peaked in from the window curtain. These were not a big deal to us though. It was still a great value for one night. I recommend choosing a better pool for longer stays if you have kids.

Nice beds and bedding. It was really pretty clean. It has a pool, though small. It was pretty comparable to Branson's Best, (which was rated a 9.0 at the time I booked) except for the small pool and the fact that it's also an RV park.

The electricity went out for a few minutes the first night but on our third night it went out from around 8:00 pm until 1:20 am because a bad thunderstorm came through with a bowing effect straight line winds and water blew 5 feet into the room under the door and my husband had to wipe it up with a bunch of towels. We were the only hotel and business without power because they were on a separate power grid. My husband stayed in the car turning the car on and off for the air conditioner and I stayed in the room with a portable battery operated fan that worked good enough for me but not for my husband.. We called other hotels but we would have had to pay extra for them and they didn't have any rooms on the ground floor and we couldn't get a refund because we booked the hotel with booking.com.The bathroom was small and the toilet was really low and hard for me to use but would be great for kids. .

The breakfast was real good and the lady working in the breakfast room was super nice. They had us on the second floor but I'm not able to walk upstairs and didn't want to have to use the elevator so they did give us a room on the ground floor but the air conditioner didn't work. They did move us down a few rooms right away and that air conditioner worked real good.

The plumbing did not have much pressure. Most of the time, the toilet paper would not flush down. The beds were noisy and too firm for our liking. We had problems with Nats and a fly in our room from the moment we checked in. A lot of light came in our room at night, even with the curtains fully closed. The top two drawers of the dresser would not remain closed.

The location was perfect with where we were going. The air-conditioning was great, even with the temperature being 103 degrees outside. We had an excellent view of the fireworks show right from outside our door. There was plenty of parking. The staff was polite and friendly. We loved the no carpet in our room. We felt like the location was very safe. The refrigerator in our room worked great. We had a microwave and coffee maker, but we did not use them. Our room was attended to daily, with no interruptions, by housekeeping.

I didn’t like the lack of greenery all around. It would’ve added to the warmth of the place but it’s a small thing. Everything was great even though we were just there for 1 night.

The room needed a deep cleaning. Some of the Light bulbs were out. The mattress was hard.

there was a stain on the bed, but it seemed washed. there were no plug ins near the bed for chargers. had to plug in microwave and fridge. cold air gets a little through the door. heater is not that well. breakfast doesn’t serve protein.

There was one bed that was a little noisy (the springs) and the water handles to the sink were a little hard to use at times but these are extremely minor things.

I came to this place because of a family emergency. Another family member recommended us to stay here. I thought all staff was professional and helpful. Considering what happened to my family, they were extremely helpful, supportive, compassionate, and understanding. Everyone treated us with respect and dignity.
