Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The back parking lot was rough and could use some work.
Easy to check in and out. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet rooms that were extremely clean.

If you know your way around Branson using the color coded routes, the location was great - very quiet and easy to access pretty much everything. If you don't know your way around, the hotel is a bit away from everything. Some places nearby to eat, but limited choices and way off the strip. Like I said, if you know how to use the routes - take time to learn these before you get there. They make your vacation a lot easier.
Staff was great. Hotel and room were very clean. Room had an odor to it - not sure if it was from the cleaning products or if the room had been a smoking room in the past. Not offensive - just there, and only in the room, not in the hallways. Dessert on Friday and Saturday night - cherry and peach cobbler and ice cream. Probably would have been nicer a bit earlier. Don't really need to eat dessert that late, but that might be picky. Bed was comfortable.

The front desk check in girl was EXTREMELY rude. She didn’t say hello or welcome in, never made eye contact when she asked for my id and credit card. Made for a horrible first impression. Second, the shower head was wobbly and very low water pressure.
Location and our room was clean and comfortable.

At breakfast we found hair all over the muffins. Too long await to make waffles.
The queen suite was very spacious. .Free cobbler with ice cream at night. The indoor pool was great.

Soft beds, showerhead extremely low and hard to wash hair. No chair in room except for desk chair.
It was quiet, close to things, easy to get to, lots of breakfast items. The beds were too soft for me and pillows overly thick. Hotel still replacing furniture so must have been recently remodeled.

The shower was slanted, which caused me to fall as I was stepping in, so be careful. Also the air conditioning didn't work in our room. It was on as cold as possible and never got got cold.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was excellent. Loved the cobbler and ice cream that they served from 1000-1100 p.m. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. They didn't rush us even though breakfast was about to close.

Breakfast was great compared to other places I have stayed. Pool closes late, loved it. The night we stayed they had ice cream and apple cobbler for free, so yummy. The beds are comfortable. I did enjoy my stay and would stay again.

I took my granddaughter & her friend for a visit with her family and to SDC. The girls loved the indoor pool, the arcade, and getting to listen to another guest play the piano in the lobby/lounge.

Several items needed to be addressed in the suite. The key door lock was not working properly, and we had repeated problems with trying to enter. The bathroom door knob needs replaced. There were a couple of ceiling lights not working in the frontroom area. Several pieces of furniture in our suite, plus in the lobby, could use a good cleaning or be replaced.
Location and comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot and very good. Help was exceptional. We really enjoyed the delicious hot cobbler and ice cream... very nice hospitality touch!

the out door garden could have been kept up a little more! bushes trimmed, and although i loved the pattern on the carpets in the hallways it was hard to tell wether they were dirty in entry ways or just the way color was lying! Airconditioner didn’t correspond with temp set!
Good breakfast, Junior was always washing windows, vacuuming, helping in anyway possible!

We had no complaints.
We were most pleased with every aspect of this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, the comfort of the beds, pillows, very good shower, and the staff made this experience excellent. The breakfast was an added bonus, with a variety of tasty food, and a team that kept everything filled and clean.

That I told them my toilet got clogged and they said they would be down to unclog it but never came. Had to use restroom down the hall. That night and next morning until I checked out
